Chapter 35: We are Engaged

"Good morning love" You hear a raspy voice and then his strong arms curl around you... grabbing your left hand and feeling the ring on your finger...

Morning... You say as you kiss the back of his hand...

"Minerva wants to tell the students tonight about the engagement.. are you ok with that?"

Why wouldn't I be? You say turning to look him in the eyes.... If any of the students notice this ring on my finger, they will be saying something... Rumors will spread like flies..

"Well let them..." He says cupping your face and pulling you in for a kiss and you halt it with your hand..

Morning breathe babe... It's pretty bad today...

He sighs, then throws the covers off... You see his erection, and since he is sworn to wait till you two are married.. It is going to be a lot harder for him to contain it.. It's getting hard for you to not rip his pants off and see what is under there..

He jumps out of bed and mumbles under his breath, "Looks like a cold shower for me..."

And he stalks towards the bathroom, shutting the door with much force..

You sigh... and walk over to the closet and pull your clothes out for the day. You slide on a pair of of Black Pants and a olive green long sleeve sweater with a turtleneck.. and slide on a pair of boots...

He walks out of the bathroom with a towel around his waist and wind flowing around his head to dry his hair. He is so attractive, he bends down to pick up something and your run up and smack him on the arse.

"What the hell (y/n)" he says while rubbing his behind....

Couldn't miss the opportunity.. He then snaps his fingers and his clothes appear on his body and he runs over to you and picks you up by your rear and his lips collide with yours... When a knock on the door interrupts the moment.. He seeths and sets you down..

He heads to the door and you go to grab some papers off the desk..

"Good morning Professor, Headmistress is wanting to see the two of you in her office before breakfast..." A student with wide eyes states while eyeing you in the back..

Severus shuts the door in his face.. Severus! You say running to the door..

You open the door and the student is still standing there with a look of shock on his face..

Thank you, let her know we will be there shortly....

He nods his head and walks away... Severus comes up behind you and wraps his arms around your waist.

Well sounds like rumors are about to fly. He kisses your cheek and you two walk hand and hand out the door.

As the day drags on, you stay mostly in your office. The meeting with Minerva was about keeping you in the office so we could surprise the students.. But you have heard that a lot of the students are already talking about how Severus seems so happy today..

You look over at your piano and decide you want to play.. You go over and sit down and rest your hands on the piano... The ring stands out and it brings a smile to your face...

You pick a song, the one you played the night Severus spied on you... that was the moment that you knew there was feelings..

You get lost in your playing when you feel a hand on your shoulder and a kiss on your cheek.
