The sound of hurried footsteps as soon as you walked through the door brought a bright smile to your face.
"My girls!" You grinned as soon as you saw Nayeon and your little girl rushing to you.
"We missed you so much today!" Nayeon said as she hugged you tightly, peppering kisses across your face.
Meanwhile, your little girl threw her arms around your waist to hold onto you.
Being only eight, she's smaller and can't exactly reach you the way Nayeon can, much to her dismay.
You pulled away from Nayeon to pick your daughter up and you put your lips on her cheek, blowing raspberries onto her skin.
She giggled and squirmed in your embrace and Nayeon's heart swelled at the sight.
"I missed both of you so much." You said and Nayeon kissed your lips softly.
You put your daughter down on her feet before you went and collapsed on the sofa with a sigh.
"How was your day?" Nayeon asked as she sat down beside you.
"Stressful. But better now that I'm with my girls." You said as the weight lifted from your shoulders.
"Now that you're home, we should spend some time together," Nayeon said.
"No," your daughter said before she jumped onto your lap and put her cheek on your shoulder.
"What do you mean no?" Nayeon chuckled.
"Mommy is mine."
"Oh, she is?" Nayeon asked as she folded her arms over her chest.
"Yeah. Mine." She said before sticking her tongue out at Nayeon while you laughed.
"No, she's mine," Nayeon replied. "I'm married to her. That makes her mine."
"So? She's my mommy. I win." your daughter replied.
Nayeon playfully rolled her eyes as your daughter smiled victoriously.
"Well, I want to spend time with her too," Nayeon said with a pout.
"No. She's mine," your daughter said before snuggling up to you more.
"Alright, fine. You win. You're too cute to say no to." Nayeon said before smiling as your daughter cheered.
"How about I spend time with both of my girls? That way everyone wins!" You said and they both seemed happy about that.
"Okay," Nayeon agreed. "I think that's a wonderful idea."
"She's mine though, mom." Your daughter said as she looked at Nayeon and Nayeon just rolled her eyes again.
But you laughed and pulled them both in for big hugs, making sure they knew how much you love both of them.
