"Hello, my love." Nayeon happily spoke as she walked into your shared bedroom.

She came over to you and leaned in to kiss your cheek but you turned your head at the last second, stopping her lips from touching your skin.

"Okay..." She mumbled as she furrowed her eyebrows. "Someone's in a mood tonight."

"And you're surprised by that?" You scoffed. "I can't believe you, Nayeon."

"What did I do now?" She asked as she put her hands on her hips.

"Don't talk to me that way. I don't ever try to start stuff between us and I never accuse you of things you don't do. But do you have any idea of what today is?"

She thought about it for a second.

"Wednesday?"

"No! Our anniversary." You frowned. "Today marks two years since we first met and in just a week, it'll be two years since you asked me to be your girlfriend."

Nayeon sighed because she knew she was in deep trouble now.

She can't be upset with you when she forgot something so important.

"I mean, seriously, Nay. I've been counting down these days. Two years. I think I have a pretty damn good reason for being unhappy with you."

"I'm so sorry, okay? I'll make it up to you!" She said as she ran her fingers through her hair.

"When? You forgot about it being two years since we first met because you're busy. You're always so busy!"

"You knew that I'd be busy from the day we first got together, so stop throwing it in my face, Y/N!" She yelled.

"I'm not trying to! I love you. I would never want to make you feel bad on purpose. You're my everything." You said.

Nayeon just shook her head in response.

"But I just get so tired sometimes. You're so busy that I barely see you these days and we live together! And you're so busy, you're forgetting the things that you claim are important to you!"

"I'm not claiming that you or these special days we share are important to me. They are. Don't say it like that. But you know, I'm tired too! I had a hard day. Couldn't you just bitch at me tomorrow?"

You scoffed at her question.

"Bitch at you? That's what you think I'm doing? By telling you that I'm sad and hurt that you just completely forgot about something important to me? To us?"

She just stared at you as she folded her arms over her chest.

"I'm tired of this." You sighed and hung your head.

"Alright then. If you're so tired of this then why don't you just get out of my house?"

You lifted your head and stared at her in shock.

"What? Your house? You told me the day you asked me to move in that this was just as much mine as it was yours. It wasn't a house anymore, it would be a home because we're together in it. Now you're asking me to get out of your house? Are you serious!?"

Nayeon stared at you as her heart appeared in her throat.

It was just out of frustration and in the heat of the moment.

She would never mean something so heartless and cruel.

Regret flooded over her and, immediately, she tried so hard to try and take it back.

"No. I'm so sorry, I didn't mean that."

"You don't mean it? Then why did you say it!?" You asked as you got up and stared at her in tears.

"I don't know. But I wouldn't ever mean that. Please, baby, believe me. I'm sorry!" She said as tears filled her eyes.

She tried to hurry to you and pull you close so she could hold you and let you know how truly terrible she felt.

"I didn't mean it." She said as you stepped away from her, now backing out of the room. "Oh, Y/N, baby, please tell me you know I'd never mean something like that."

"I can't. Because I don't." You said. "I get frustrated too, Nayeon. I was so frustrated back there. But I would've never said that to you!"

She sniffled as a tear fell down her cheek.

"You want me out so bad? Fine. I'll go." You said before grabbing your things.

Your keys, your wallet, and your phone were all you grabbed from the bedroom before you ran back out and down the stairs.

"No, baby, don't go!" Nayeon pleaded as she followed you downstairs.

But before she could stop you, you were in the car and driving away from her.

She just sobbed, unsure if she could ever make this right and if she just lost you for good.
