You and Me

Chapter 27

I heard the door open and Camilla straightened herself, I didn't even bother to see who it was, I saw red and I wanted to pull her hair out.

"You!" I shouted and I started to speed walk towards her, ignoring the pain from my surgery and trying to breathe but I couldn't. "You almost killed me! But that's what you wanted isn't it" I yelled and before I could grab her someone was holding me back and I looked over my shoulder and noticed it was Ivan it must have been him who walked in.

"And I wished I had! It's not like anyone was going to miss you, it's just one less slut in the world right!" she shouted at me and I felt my chest tighten so I stopped struggling away from Ivan. Instead I rested my body in his, I placed my hand on my chest and immediately after I couldn't breath.

"That's enough Camilla! Leave and don't come back to the company, Leave now!" I heard Ivan shout at her as his hands wrapped around my body trying to keep me up. I heard Camilla leave the room and I started sobbing making it even harder for me to breathe.

"Shh" he said, placing one of his hands on my head and stroking my hair while I laid my head on his shoulder. His other hand slid up and down my back trying to calm me. "I love you, don't let her get in your head she is wrong, you don't know how wrong she is" he said and I nodded. "I love you" I said, muffling it by saying it against his perfect skin.

After a couple of minutes I felt better and I had stopped crying too. "Are you sure you don't want to get checked, baby?" Ivan asked and I nodded, sending him a small smile. "I just want to go home, well your home" I said, clarifying myself and he slightly chuckled. "Our home" he said and I looked at him shocked. "At least for now" he said, placing a kiss on my lips.

God what are you doing to me Ivan. Every time I'm with you I feel like I'm flying, like if nothing matters in the world, and even though it frightens me I don't want to feel anything else.

We arrived at the house and Ivan was holding a bag of mine over his shoulder and holding me up with his other arm. He placed the bag on the floor. "I can walk on my own baby" I said to him and he tightened his grip on me "I don't want to let you go, also I like taking care of you, and I always will" he said and I felt my cheeks heat up.

We've been home for about 2 hours and Ale and Wave got here about 15 minutes ago. We are outside talking while Ivan handles a business call in our bedroom. Our, it feels so weird saying it's our bedroom but he said it is and I'm not going to fight it. I love him and can't wait for the moment we decide to move in together.

"So you're going to be staying here for how long exactly?" Waverly asked me, snapping me out of my thoughts. "Um Ivan says as long as I want to but I also don't want to invade his space so I think when the doctor says I can be left alone again" I say taking a sip of water.

"Hello" I hear Ivan say and I look behind me to see Ivan walking towards me. The girls say hello back simultaneously. He leaned down and kissed my neck "hey love" he whispered against my ear. "Hey handsome" I say and kiss his lips, I look over to the girls and see them smiling at me. "You guys are so cute!" Wave said and we all chuckled.

The rest of the evening we spent talking and we ate dinner. Ale, Wave, and Ivan seem to get along quite well. I was beginning to get tired but didn't say anything. I didn't want to ruin the moment. This made me think about our future. Me and Ivan in our house, my friends coming over, maybe having a little Ivan or me around. I yawned from how tired I was.

"Well Wave I think we should get going, looks like sleeping beauty over there is having some trouble staying awake" I hear Alexandra say and they all start laughing. I get up from the couch and start walking towards them. "I had surgery, I'm tired, jackass" I say, making them laugh and I walk over to Ivan who was sitting on a stool extending one of his arms so that I can hug him, I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him.

"Well we will call you to check in on you Char, have a good night oh and Ivan" I heard Ale say. "We get along with you very very well but don't underestimate us" Ale said pointing at both her and Waverly. "Yeah, if you hurt Charlotte we will carve your eyeballs out and make you swallow them, understand" Waverly said and I started to chuckle. "Guys! Stop!" I said laughing. "I understand," I heard Ivan who was smiling. They left and Ivan and I started going up the stairs carefully since after the surgery the doctor said I can't pick stuff that may be too heavy and he did say it was going to be difficult to breathe for the next couple of days. We got ready for bed and I pulled out some nightgowns and pajamas the girls had brought me and of course they brought the sexiest clothes I had in my drawers. "Oh my god" I said, running my hands through my hair. "What's wrong love" I heard Ivan shout from his closet. "Nothing" I said, taking out a black night gown and closing my suitcase. I attempted to put it on the ground but struggled. "Hey!" I heard Ivan shout and I saw him jogging towards the bed. He picked the suitcase up and placed it on the floor. "The doctor said to not use too much force so let me do these things okay?" he said and I nodded, "Thank you" I said and headed to the bathroom to change.
