Ivan's and I's relationship has been pretty amazing lately. We go out on dates and hang out in our offices after everyone leaves. We've had a couple make out sessions but nothing else. I feel like I'm getting a little attached to him which was starting to scare me a little.
I got home about 2 hours ago and there has been a storm that seems like it wants to swallow the earth whole. I finished showering and grabbed a pair of shorts and an oversized t-shirt. My phone then dinged. So I picked it up to see it was Ivan
Ivan: we are going to be working at my house tomorrow there was some damage to the windows because of the storm
Me: oh is everyone going to your house tomorrow?
Ivan: no, everyone is going to be working from home except you, Liam, Tony and Camilla you guys are coming to my house to work here
Me: oh ok I'll see you tomorrow then, I'm going to head to bed its 11
Ivan: yeah get some rest, see you tomorrow
I put my phone down and it dinged I picked it up thinking it was Ivan but it was Liam.
Liam: I don't know if Ivan contacted you but we are working at his house tomorrow and I was wondering because of the storm and since you don't have his address, can I pick you up?
Me: I don't want to cause you any trouble if you want just send me his address
Liam: it's no trouble send me your address I'll pick you up at 7:30
Me: fine, thanks
I sent Liam my address because I knew he wasn't going to stop asking.
I woke up, got ready and then Liam called me letting me know that he was downstairs in the parking lot waiting for me so I grabbed my bag and headed downstairs.
On the way to Ivan's house Liam just asked me questions about my life, family, childhood, and everything about me seriously. He said that we can be friends but from his insisting it's giving me the feeling he might want something else but maybe I'm just getting over my head I mean why would he want me.
We arrived to Ivan's house and god it was beautiful. You would think that having been dating for a month we would have seen each other's homes but no. I look at his house and It's a modern suburban house with big beautiful windows.

**Ivan's house**
We went through the side gate that leads to the backyards since after the storm it's nice outside. It's not hot but it's not cold. So Ivan decided we were working outside. We got there and the first thing I saw were Ivan's piercing blue eyes. I offered him a smile which he returned as we climbed down the steps down to the bottom section of his backyard. Ivan, Tony and Camilla started approaching us. Tony was the structural engineer in the company but from what I've heard he and Ivan have been bestfriends since they were kids.
Camilla greeted me and Liam with a hug and so did Tony, Ivan greeted Liam with a hug and the approached me and gave me a hug and whispered in my ear "you look beautiful" his hand slid down my back and my breath started shuddering he knows what he's doing, before his hand could go any further his attention was requested by Camilla.
"Mr. Lombardo, would you like me to explain to Ms. Carter and Mr. Hayes the plan?" she says, batting her eyelashes at him. Ugh she makes me want to rip her fake lashes off her eyes and make her swallow them.
He nods and Camilla explains to us the plan for today. I sit in an empty seat across from Ivan, Liam decides to sit in between me and Tony and we start working as soon as Camilla finish explaining the plan we all separate I was on one end of the back yard with my own table to focus on my designs, Tony and Liam were on the other corner but Liam was occasionally coming to my end to start conversation but I made it pretty obvious I don't like to get disrupted when I'm sketching and designing so he stopped coming, Camilla and Ivan were near the pool. We were close enough to hear us talking but far enough to not understand what was being said.
