It's April and I look like I'm about to give birth any second now. My due date is in the beginning of June and I can't wait. Ivan is working at 3C's today and I decided to start decorating the nursery. Ivan built the crib and the changing table last night and placed it inside the nursery room. We painted the walls, well Ivan did because the smell of paint isn't good for the baby, before starting to build things so now I am just decorating. I almost finished the nursery. I just have to organize the clothes in the dresser. But the room is everything I could have ever wished for. I have an elephant mat where I can lay our baby girl on. Me and Ivan decided to paint the walls white and draw small gold circles on the wall and have the decorations be white and pink. I added a small couch chair for when I'm feeding our little munchkin as well. I went upstairs, showered and got ready.
I put on a black knee length dress with butterflies all over it with some white sandals. I lightly curled my hair and did really light make up. I got ready to go surprise Ivan at 3C's and check how everything is going. I grabbed my purse and headed downstairs where Nick was waiting for me to take me to the company.

When I got there everyone greeted me and told me how beautiful I looked and asked about the baby. I reached where my office is and Jasmine immediately got up and hugged me.
"Oh my god! Look at you! You look so beautiful, how's my little niece doing in there?" she asked, placing her hand on my belly. I smiled and responded. "She's in there kicking around," I said looking at my belly smiling. "Do you want me to let Ivan know you're here?" Jasmine asked and I shook my head no and walked to the door. I opened it and walked inside smiling. Ivan looked up confused and his face broke out into a smile when he saw me.
"Hi beautiful" he said, getting up and walking over to me. He leaned down and kissed me while he placed his hand on my belly. I sighed into the kiss and responded. "Hey honey" I said, kissing him again. We walked over to the couch and sat there. "What are you doing here?" he asked and I shrugged. "I was starting to lose my mind being at home. I finished the nursery" I said and he started grinning at me. "How's our little princess doing?" he said, rubbing my belly again. I sighed and spoke.
"She gave me quite the morning, this little one has lots of energy in there don't you baby?" I said, looking down at my belly. Ivan leaned over and kissed me. "How are you feeling today? Better?" he asked. He was referring to the fact that lately my back has been hurting a lot and my feet have gotten swollen more often. I shrugged and smiled. "I'm okay, the back pain was pretty bad this morning while I was finishing the nursery." I said, looking at him, he sadly smiled at me and kissed me.
"You're doing amazing baby" he whispered against my lips and I smiled. "I miss you, I feel like we haven't seen each other a lot lately... When you get home you work in the office. The only time we spend together is before bed and in the morning before you leave" I said looking up at him with a frown on my face. He rubbed my back and kissed my forehead.
