Okay soooo the baby is supposed to be here in the next couple days. When I say I'm exhausted I mean I'm exhausted, I've never experienced so much trouble going up stairs like I am right now. We only have 15 stairs from the first floor to the second which is where the bedrooms are and I'm already in so much back pain. I closed my eyes breathing in and out trying to calm the aching feeling in my lower back.
"I know baby" Ivan said, next to me rubbing my lower back. I exhaled and started to cry. I hugged Ivan, placing my forehead on his shoulder because I couldn't reach more because my huge belly was in the way. "It hurts really bad... I don't wanna seem like a cry baby but it's really bad" I cried out and Ivan kissed the side of my head rubbing my back. "It's okay baby... you're doing great. I can't even imagine the pain you're going through" he whispered to me and I nodded. I picked my head back up and took a deep breath and wiped the tears away. We kept walking into the room and Ivan helped me get undressed and helped me put on my nightgown.
Lately the back pain has been extreme and I've been feeling more frustrated and sensitive lately. The doctor said it's because the baby is almost here. I walked to the bed and layed down feeling a sharp pain in my stomach. I started to breathe like I normally do. My body has been doing contraction trials which apparently is normal because it means your body is getting ready for labor. After a minute the pain was gone and I tried getting some sleep next to Ivan.
7 am June 6th:
I woke up feeling uncomfortable and in pain for the 5th time all night, which has been regular these past few days. I started to feel the tightening feeling in my belly again and I tried breathing through it. I grabbed the water bottle on the nightstand and took a sip of it. I looked at the time and decided to get up. I looked over and saw that Ivan wasn't in the bed so I got up and walked over to the window and saw that Ivan was working out outside.
I smiled to myself and walked to the closet to change. I put on a green loose and casual dress for today and let my hair down. I put on some flats and headed downstairs slowly. I greeted Marta and Millie and gave them instructions before walking outside to see Ivan.

"Good morning Mr. Lombardo," I said playfully and Ivan put the weight down and smiled at me, breathing heavily. "Good morning," he said, leaning down to kiss me. I kissed him gently and sat on the bench while he cooled off. "What do you want to do today?" he asked and I thought about it. "Mmm I kind of want to stay home just you and me today" I said and he nodded and smiled.
"I'll go shower and I'll tell Marta and Millie to take the day off" he suggested and I shook my head. "Already told them" I said and he smiled. He walked over to me, he picked my chin up and kissed me. "I'm gonna go shower... and I'll see you in 5 min" he said, pecking my lips in between phrases. I nodded and walked inside after him.
