We got to the company. "Good day everyone," I shouted and they all replied. I walked into my office. I love my office. It's huge. My desk is on one side with bookshelves and there's a meeting table inside and some couches near the big windows. My office is on the top floor which causes me to have one of the most beautiful views of the city.

***Charlottes office***
I called Alexandra's office asking her to come and Waverly too. I pulled out some paper to start designing and the phone rang. "Yes Jasmine," I said. "Sorry but Alexandra and Waverly are here" she said. "Let them in and come as well please" I said and she agreed. They came in and sat on the chairs. I locked the door with the button on the bottom of my desk. Yes, I copied Ivan.
"He's the company we are working with" I said , laying my head back and closing my eyes. "See when you say he you mean..." Waverly said and I nodded. "Ivan Lombardo. Our project is going to be shared with LCC" I said and Alexandra and Waverly looked at me wide eyed.
"Well this doesn't change anything, Charlotte you're strong" Alexandra said and I just sighed. And opened my eyes again I felt the stinging of tears coming back but I blinked them away again. "When I saw him... I felt a mixture of things" I said and they nodded. "That's because you've been suppressing all those feelings for the past year Charlotte" Jasmine said and I nodded. "I can't afford to be the same girl as before" I said and they just looked at me. "Charlotte the girl before was perfect, why do you push her away?" Alexandra said and I inhaled and got up from my chair to look out the window. "Because that girl was beaten around emotionally and physically for years. And I let it happen but I refuse to let it happen again. Like I told Ivan. Emotions and Feelings are signs of weakness. And that's something I'm not anymore. I'm not weak. I'm one of the most powerful women in this country and I didn't get that title from crying my ass off all the time" I said and they just stayed quiet. They know better than to push me. "Anyway the ball is tonight so we are leaving in 20 minutes to go shopping so finish what you are doing" I said. "Do you want me to stay in the office or go home?" Jasmine asked and I just looked at her smiling. "You are going with us Jasmine" I said and she nodded. "No I can't," she said and I grabbed her hands. "Yes you can and you are, you have been with me since the beginning you've seen me at my worst and I would not be where I am without you three" I said to them smiling. She nodded agreeing to go and we had a group hug.
