3rd Person POV:

Lloyd had been following the Crystal Spider for around ten minutes now; they'd been running through the old abandoned subway tunnels that the Ninja had investigated around a week ago now. "So, uh, where are we going? And who's this Crystal King guy?" Lloyd asked in a gruff voice, not getting an answer. "What's the matter? Can't talk?" He asked again, trying to act like the Mechanic. But still, the Spider remained silent.

"I guess not." Lloyd mumbled as the spider started to pick up the pace.

On the surface, the five remaining Ninja, Kai, Cole, Jay, Zane and Aly, were tracking Lloyd's location, while also keeping an eye on the Mechanic. He was still tied up in the back of the van, with Cole and Jay keeping a close eye on him. Aly was leaning over the driver's seat where Zane and Kai were, not long before Jay poked his head in.

"Remind me again why Lloyd has to dress up when Zane has Nindroid disguise capabilities?" He asked, making Kai huff. "Again, we need Zane here to track Lloyd." "Yeah. If Zane went, then how would we track him?" Aly questioned him. "Uh, you can." Jay responded. "You could sense or feel where he is with your powers right? Since they're connected?" He seemed unsure, and made Aly sigh.

"It only works in a certain range. If Zane were to go out of bounds or I were to lose his signal, then we'd lose him." She explained. "That is correct. There is still more to learn about our split element." Zane stated, keeping an eye on the map. "Turn left at the corner." "Huh, the Split Element of Ice...I like it." Aly chuckled, making Zane smile.

Kai turned left as Jay returned to the back of the van, sitting on a pile of boxes. He let out a long sigh. "This is boring." Jay looked around, and noticed a large box of noodle soups, soon opening it with a smile. "Oh, wow! Look at all these noodle soups!" "There's soup?" Cole gasped, looking away from the Mechanic.

"Chicken noodle soup, minestrone, egg noodle soup..." Jay put away the soups, and slyly smiled, turning around. "Do you have any beef noodle soup?" He asked the Mechanic, but since he couldn't talk, he only let out angry grumbles, which made Cole chuckle. "I think that's a no." "Bummer!" Jay huffed, turning back to the box.

"Slow down." Zane spoke up, waving his hand at Kai. "I think Lloyd's stopping near the same location we investigated earlier. The abandoned end line." Kai stopped the noodle truck, and pulled over. "Wait really?" Aly asked, confused. "Maybe Jay was right about there being a secret entrance." Kai admitted before smiling. "Wouldn't that be crazy? Jay being right? Hehe."

The three shared a laugh, just as Jay popped his head above Aly, holding a cup of noodle soup. "Hey!" He shouted, soon turning to Zane. "Zane, do you mind putting this in the instant noodle maker?" He asked, handing the noodles to Zane before Aly pushed Jay off her. Zane took the noodles, and found a button on the dash. He pressed it, and a compartment opened to cook the noodles.

Cole decided to look through the box of noodle soup, feeling hungry himself. But with no one watching the Mechanic, he had an idea. He managed to detach his mechanical arm, loosening the rope tied around him.

A ding was heard from the noodle maker, and Zane handed his friend the noodles. "Ooh, I can't wait! I'm so hungry!" Jay exclaimed, taking the cup. He took a few sips, which made his face turn sour. "Aww, it's cold." He huffed, making Aly giggle. "I'm sure Kai could heat it up for you." She suggested.
