3rd Person POV:

Ninjago City:

The Manifestation gate let out on final energy wave, but this one was the worst.

It caused a huge beacon to shoot from the warehouse, allowing Unagami to fly out and into the city. But it wasn't just Unagami; it was his followers and the various AI within the game.

This led to the Mechanic realising his mistake, and rushing out of the building with his gang quickly behind him.

Zane was still attached to the gate, still with a deadly amount of energy flowing through his systems. Wu looked around for anything to free himself so he could help Zane, but he couldn't.

"Zane! Zane, hold on!" Wu called out to him, but holding on was the one thing Zane was struggling to do. He felt his systems start to shut down, and he realised this would be the end for him.

"Mr Dyer, I require assistance!" Pix shouted to him before turning to Zane. Dyer now knew how much danger they were in, and he plucked up the courage, and listened to the robot. He jumped from the ladder and landed on the floor, rushing over to Wu.

"Pixal, help Zane." He told her as Dyer began to untie the him.

Pix approached the Nindroid, very scared and worried for him. Zane tried to tell her how she could help, but he couldn't. Thankfully, Pixal understood, and she wrapped her hands around the chord attached to Zane's heart, and began to pull.

She was struggling to disconnect him, but thankfully, help arrived.

The portal beside them began to crackle and exert sparks.

That's when Jay burst through on the Blue Dragon. His ears were filled with the sound of screaming, and he turned to the noise to find his brother in trouble. "Zane! Pixal!" He jumped down towards them, grabbing the chord and starting to pull.

Jay's help was all they needed, because Zane was separated from the machine.

He let out a sigh before hitting the ground, hard and lifeless.

Pixal rushed up to him, and sat beside him as Jay slowly came over, still with faint tears in his eyes.

"Zane...Zane..." Pixal tried shaking him, but he wouldn't move.

"Please, say something."

It took a moment, but Zane's systems rebooted, and he woke up, gasping for breath.

"Zane!" Pix exclaimed. "Oh! You had us scared, buddy!" Jay lent him and hand, and Zane was back on his feet.

He processed what was happening; given that Jay was back, but without the others. "What happened? Where are the others?" He looked around for them, but they went there. "Wait, where's Aly?" Zane looked to Jay, who clearly had been crying.

"Jay, where is Aly?"

"I-I'm, sorry Zane. She...she was shot. And I-I couldn't save her." Jay told him, making the Nindroid back away slightly.

She cannot be gone.

No...

"And, the others?" Wu spoke up. "A-Also gone." JAy bluntly told them, and they all couldn't believe it.

"But i-it's okay, Because I'm going to get them all back." Jay told them, wiping his eyes. "All I have to do it A, find Milton Dyer, B, find Unagami, C, get them to work out their issues..."

Zane and Pix looked worryingly at each other, unsure of where Jay was going with this. "...D, convince Unagami to turn all the energy cubes back into people and E..." Jay thought for a moment.
