As I wait for Raven to get out of the shower, I sit on my bed. She needs her space, else I would join her. I go into the bathroom once she comes out. Raven is fully dressed for the day once I'm finished with my shower. Her outfit consisted of black leggings, a white crop top, and her leather jacket. She wears very little makeup; in fact, I don't believe she even has any on. Her hair is extremely curly. She looks hot. "Where are you going?" Curiosity strikes me. "I need coffee," She smiles.

"Alright, let me get dressed, and I'm coming with you?" I ask her, not sure of what her plan is. She giggles and wraps her arms around my wet, naked torso.

"I'm going with Brie." She looks up at me and says, "I just need a little girl time,"

I sigh and say, "Okay, be careful, please." She kisses me and heads out.

I get dressed and make my way down to the dining hall, and it seems Brie and Raven took coffee orders from everyone. We sit in silence, and it's killing me.

"Alright," I start, breaking the silence, "what are we going to do about the wild dogs?"

"Clay!" My name comes out of my father's mouth as if I had said something wrong and was about to be punished for it.

I roll my eyes and stand up, hands on the table. I look at him, "What?" I stare at him and say, "We need to do something."

"I know, son." He takes his glasses off and rubs between his eyes, "We just need more time." The smell of blood makes me snap my head to the door, "We don't have much time," Brie says, walking in,

"Where's Raven?" I start to panic, as the stench of blood becomes overwhelming.

"Right here," Raven says, holding her side, covered in blood. "One of the wolves tried attacking me, but Raven stopped him. But got hurt during the fight." Brie tells us all.

I run to her, she slumps into my arms, and she starts to laugh, "So much for that shower,"

My heart in my throat, this needs to end. I take Raven over to the living room and lift her shirt. They got her good. A bite mark sits near her ribcage. "This was an elder, not a newborn. They aren't going to stop if the pure breeds are doing the attacking now." I start to yell at my father.

My mom comes running with a wet cloth and bandages. I clean up Raven and bandage her up. Helping her up the stairs to put on a pair of clean clothes. Once back downstairs, Raven takes a seat between Brie and me at the table, and everyone starts talking over each other, I look at Raven. She fakes a smile, but her eyes flicker. I know she has something going on in that head of hers. I turn my attention to Logan, and he shrugs his shoulders. He is just as clueless as I am about whatever Raven and Brie are up to.

Raven whispers something as her eyes flicker, but I can't make out what she says. "Babe, are you okay?" I whisper in her ear.

She shakes her head and smiles. Now I know she is up to something. Everyone stands up and starts arguing over what to do. Raven gets up and heads towards the door. "I've got an idea," she says as she opens the door.

I run after her as everyone's jaw opens in shock. They all know Raven is crazy, so I can only imagine what they think she is up to. I grab her arm, but she shakes me off.

"I said no more stupid ideas," I start to feel frustrated because she never listens. She would rather die than let someone else handle this.

"Just one more last hurrah," She steps backwards out the door. I go to follow but can't, she spelled us in. "Raven!" I shout.

"Sorry, I have to," She pulls my car keys out of her pocket. I look at her, anger filling every single one of my bones.

"I have to," she whispers. "RAVEN!" I run my hands through my hair. I storm into the kitchen, and Logan follows. I grab the bourbon and drink straight from it, "Easy, buddy," Logan says, putting his hand on my shoulder.

I turn to Brie, and my eyes glow, "Can you undo the spell she put on this place?" She hesitates to answer me, fear grows in her eyes, not because of me but because of what can potentially happen to Raven if I'm not there.

"I...I can try, but I need Grams and Mr. Michaels help. She's powerful, Clay, we may not be able to take it down."

Before I can respond, Logan is telling her to go get them and start figuring out how to get us out of here. Logan turns to me, anger fueling him, "I know you're pissed, but Brie has nothing to do with this. So stop taking it out on her for Raven's crazy ideas. This isn't anyone's fault. You knew from day one what Ray was like. Do you really think yelling at her best friend will stop her?"

I calm down, "I'm sorry," I mutter out. "It's okay. We all want Raven safe, but at some point, we need to just let her do her thing." Logan says, and I nod my head, knowing he is right.

Time goes by, and the sky starts to become dark. Lightning strikes as thunder claps above us. "Brie!" I shout with worry.

"Almost done!" she yells back. We all surrounded the door, hoping this worked. A flash crosses the house, "Done," Brie states.

"Are you sure?" I hesitantly ask her. The spell Raven put up is powerful, but it's not unbreakable.

"I think so, it's hard for witches like us to undo something from someone so powerful." I step forward and walk outside. Taking in the cool air, I smile at myself. "Thank you," I hug her tightly. "I'm sorry for earlier,"

"It's okay, I understand why. She's the love of your life." She smiles and says, "Let's go get Raven."

Logan, Brie, and I head to Logan's car. Lia decided to follow behind us. Not taking a no for an answer. Figures, Raven is the same way. The dark clouds cover the sky midday. Whatever is happening, Raven is putting up the fight of her life. We drive through the long dirt road heading to the Lycan manor, As we get closer, I jump out of the car and shout, "Raven, stop!" I run towards her. She turns around, and I see the blue glow of her eyes. I watch as the rain pours down on us, and the flames die down in her eyes.
