Jiara ~ season 3

The fight.

"Where is he?!" Kiara asked worriedly.

" calm down Kie, it's JJ he's probably just lost track of time."

Everyone was now at John B's house, pope and kie sharing what had happened with their parents.

But there was one noticeable absence.

" but we agreed two hours, he's 40 minutes late!"

" maybe he just wanted to stay at his place?" Pope questioned.

" no way!" Kie exclaimed " you know he hates it there, usually avoids it at all costs, it doesn't make any sense"

" and anyway he would've called, he wouldn't just let me, erm I mean us worry like this, not after everything's that's happened" she adds

" somethings wrong, I can feel it"

Luke had pushed his son outside the house and started fighting him, yet again for no reason. JJ had attempted to fight back at first, getting a few jabs in here and there and trying to push Luke of him, but his efforts were unsuccessful. JJ is far to exhausted. He'd given up , just letting his dad do what he wanted, what he'd done hundreds of times before.

He was in agony, he hurt everywhere, all Over his body. Until he stops feeling, he felt nothing, he was numb. His dad continued to hit him but JJ just looked up at the stars, just wishing he could be anywhere but here right now, with anyone but him.

Suddenly a bright light shone on his bloody face. He quickly realised it was a car headlight.

Kie had had enough of waiting and had driven round to JJ's house. She was just pulling up when she saw a sight that stopped her heart.

"JJ!" She screamed at the top of her lungs

There he was,the boy she cared about the most in the world ( which she just realised at this moment) lying yet again lifelessly on the ground, blood and bruises covering his face and body.

She jumped out of the car and ran over to him. She punched Luke across the face and pushed him of his son. Luke, being in a drunken and dazed state just lay there whilst Kie put JJ's arm around her shoulder and pulled him up and over to the car. She got him in as quickly as possibly and trying not to hurt him and then drove away as fast as she could.

She pulled up messily in front of the chateaux and rushed to the backseat where JJ was lying. A few tears escaped her watered eyes as she looks at his face. His eyes open as he starts to come round.

" JOHN B , POPE!!" She yells to them inside. They come rushing out confused until their eyes land on JJ in the backseat.

" Fuck, Kie what happened" John B asks shocked.

Kie chokes up and struggles to get her words out. " his d..... dad, it was his dad" she croaks.

John B and Pope look at each other in astonishment, before quickly remembering that at that moment there was more important things, their best friend needed them. They both take one arm each and put it on their shoulders and help inside the house and put him on the couch.

"Holy shit" Sarah gasps at the sight of him. " I'll get the first aid kit"

At this point JJ is now fully conscious again. " guys it's not that bad" he says casually as he attempts to move. "Shit" he scrunches up his face in pain.

"J, please don't move, just stay still " Kie said sternly.

She noticed pope and Sarah yawning.
" you guys go to bed, I'll can sort JJ out"
" are you sure?" Sarah asks
" yeah, I'll be fine honestly"
She gives a reassuring smile and watches as they all make their way down the corridor.

"Just couldn't wait to get me alone could you?"
She moves to look at the blond next to her and giggles to herself. He does the same but scrunches his face again in pain.

She gives him some pills for the pain and starts to clean the cuts on his face. "Ow!" He complains
"I've got to clean it J" she replies.

She looks into his eyes as he does the same. She places her hand on his cheek softly and he closes his eyes for a moment. She just stares at him in awe until he reopens them which makes her pull away her hand suddenly when she realises what's she doing.

It's silent for a few moments.

"That was a sweet right hook by the way" JJ says to her with a big grin on his face.

"I know " she smiles back playfully.
