The Repeated History of the Heroes

Did she just kill god?

    What the fuck just happened? Andy was staring at the edge of the cliff where Zoe had jumped.  Several officers were looking over the edge, "Where did she go?" one of them whispered.

    "Not our problem find her friend," order another,

     It dawned on him that he was the friend and that he should probably run.  THey chased him back inside of the museum until he ran directly into Matt, "Whoa, where's Zoe?"

      He pushed Matt back into the room he and Maggy had come from, "I'm being chased,"

     "Great,"

     Maggy looked at him and grabbed a sweatshirt out of her bag, "Change,"

     He looked at his camp hoodie, "What's wrong with this,"

     "It's bright orange,"

      "So?"

      "So you stick out, now change,"

      Once he was changed he walked out in between the two of them, looking down trying to avoid the cops.  He didn't ask if they got the jug.  He still didn't have time to process Zoe jumping off of a cliff.

     "I cannot believe that worked," Zoe laughed to herself as she leaned against the stone of the cliff wall just under a tree.  (there is also most definitely not a cliff there)  When she had jumped she was relaying on the stories Thalia had told her about Jason, she knew she could fly in theory.  For a minute when she was falling she froze in the air and then just levitated down like a leaf falling from a tree.  She still hit the ground hard and she felt like she would pass out but nonetheless she did fly.

      There would be more room for celebrating if she wasn't shivering and alone.  She hoped that Andy didn't think she died, she didn't really think before doing that.  She grabbed a small prism from her bag and adjusted it in the light until a little rainbow appeared.  She prayed to Iris and called Issac hoping Amy wouldn't try to interfere.  "Zoe?" he answered quickly.

      She smiled a little at his voice, "Hey asshole,"

      He rolled his eyes, "Do you have it?"

      "I don't know we got split up,"

     "Or did you do something really dramatic to cause a distraction?"

     "I jumped off of a cliff,"

      He was unimpressed, "Did you have a reason for calling me?"

     She looked at her nails, "Figured I hadn't wasted money in a while,"

     "How close behind you are they?"

      "The muppets?"

       He glared at her, they had agreed to call the titan army the muppets when talking in secrete.  He didn't like the name but war council voted for muppets over puppets, "Yes them,"

       "On our tails, you wanna know something embarrassing?"

       "You?"

        "Zander apparently watches the muppets ever day, sometimes he falls asleep and they watch him."

        His grey eyes grew wide and she stifled a laugh, "I can't believe the son of Ares watches the muppets,"

        "Yeah it's bad, I think he's the only one who would like it that much,"

         "At least he's the only one," in the background Chiron called for him to get to work, "I've gotta go,"

         She smiled, faking a sigh of relief, "Finally,"
