He lowered his glasses before looking at me, He eyed me as if something is suspicious.

"You don't look fine, Svetha." He muttered.

I stopped. "What do you mean?" I asked.

"You look pale, we can just postpone this meeting, Taleigha." He said, Worrying about me again, A typical Kaito Yamigishi.

"I am fine–" Not even giving me a chance to complete my sentence I stopped.

My vision went black, I collapsed. The last thing I've heard was Kaito shouting my name, folders he's holding dropping on the floor.

I woke up in a familiar room, Yes, Hospital, This week had been rough to me I guess, I never took myself inside a hospital, wether I'm injured or not, I take care of my own, But this month, really two encounters inside the hospital.

What is happening to my life.

"You're awake, you good? Are you thirsty? Do you want some water?"

I stared at him, I was expecting Atreus to be the first person whom I will see, I never thought it would be Kaito, Wait, What happened when I fainted, It was Kaito who was there, why am I expecting someone.

"Water," I voiced out.

We stayed silent. "He's not here. I was the one who brought you to the hospital when you fainted."

I nodded my head. "I know, Thank you."

We stayed in uncomfortable silence, He was just looking at me, staring at me while I was looking outside the window.

"Taleigha, I have something to tell you." He suddenly started.

"What is it? It's rare for you to say my name, that must be important." I replied while fixing the comforter.

"I like you."

Natahimik ako at unti unting napaangat ng ulo. "I know."

Napatayo s'ya. "You know? Since when?"

"Since we're in college?" I replied not sure.

Natulala s'ya sa'kin. "You know but you act like you don't? I don't understand, Enlightened me, Taleigha."

"Yamigishi–"

"Call me by my name not my surname, we're not inside our job," He paused. "Is it too hard for you to say my name?" he said and low bitter tone.

"Kaito."

A pained smile spread on his lips. "At least, you can utter my name." He says, his voice noticeably gentler.
