CHAPTER: 29

Soobin:
Nothing.

I gaze at the text that I had recieved from him. A sigh escaped my lips, His texts are always short. I place the phone on the bed beside me looking up, when sound of something falling filled my ear.

I gazed at the ceiling ignoring the sound and just blankly gazed at it. I had a long day today, a sigh escaped my lips. I feel like talking to Soobin. Staying with him for one month I was aware of his routine. I knew he would be free at midnight. I will give him a voice call then. I have to tell him too and ask about Ishid. Maybe, that's his wolf spirit. I didn't even realize when my eyes began to feel heavy and I closed them softly. Forgeting I had to call him.

"PARK NARAE!" I hear my name being called.
"PARK NARAE IF YOU WANT TO GO THERE GET UP," I hear him, my brother. The warm morning light trickles inside my room. I flutter my eyes open when I hear the sound of alarm ringing right next to my ear. I jumped out of my bed.

My feet tangled in the duvet, I looked back at my brother smiling notoriously at me, my knees crashed on the floor. I hear a crack sound right beneath my left knee. I looked down, to see my phone screen completely broken.

I looked up at my brother standing on the otherside of the bed. I grabbed the nearest object, a book on the nightstand and threw it at him.

"You asshole, because of you my phone is broken. Who wakes up someone like that?" I yelled and he dodged the attack and looked at me nonchalantly.

"Not my mistake, I've been trying to wake you up for half an hour," I ignored what he said, looking at my phone, realising. I didn't even call Soobin.

My brother walked around the bed and he crouched down, pulling my tangled leg out of the duvet. I still stared at my phone in dismay.

"You've got scratches, dang! Its must be a bad fall," He winces and I glare at him. This was nothing, I went through the worst.

The door opened and dad walked in with worried expression covering his face. His water blue eyes filled with concern.

"What happened?" He asked rushing towards me.
"Because of him my phone is brok-"
I was cut off with my dad gasping, "HOW DID YOU GET HURT?" He glares at Jisung, giving him a slap on the back of his head.
"I told you not to let her get hurt,"
"I didn't knew she still had habit pf jumping out of her bed,"Jisung said and snorted.

And, entire morning went on like this. Dad promised to buy me a new phone but it didn't matter. I don't have Soobin's phone number. I haven't told anyone that he had marked me. It takes time to go back to the city. I have to find out about that person.

I run across the lane with Somi by my side cheering for me. I started training like werewolves,  hoping that it would cause my shifting. We ran to the tree before I stop collapsing on the floor.

"You've done well, Narae!" She said and settled down next to me. I flash her a smile before leaning my head back.

"I still can't believe that you manifested your powers after passing the age?" Somi said and I looked up from the book.
"I know right? Even I can't believe!" I joked and she sighs.
"Well, manifesting her powers is possible if someone triggers your sleeping phermones!" I hear a voice from across the room and saw a young guy walking towards us. He was in casual attire.

"Alpha Jeongin?" Somi utters and I look at her and back at the Jeongin dude. "Triggering phermones? Is that possible?" Somi asks.

"Rare cases!" Jeongin shrugs as he sits on the grass before us. Somi nods registering the information.

"Um...may I know who you are?" I asked with puzzled expeession.
He gasped, "Don't you remember Rae? I feel sad," He said faking heartbreak. Which I found more annoying. I see my brother approaching and giving him a punch on his head.
"Ofcourse, idiot how could she remember you she was so small back then and now you're a grown ass man!" My brother said as he sat down. I tried to force myself to remember going through the memories of my childhood. My eyes widen, I remembered.

"Jeongin!"
"You remember?"
"Sorry, I don't remember!" I bluntly said and he shrinks and gazed at me sadly.

"What were you guys talking?" Jisung asks.
"Well, we were talking about Narae's manifestation," Somi replies.
"Oh yes! Who can trigger my phermones? How can that happen?"
"Well it can happen if the other person or should I say werewolf is sexually attracted to other. In your case it has to be alpha! Since you're from the bloodline of alpha's." Jeongin explains. My memeory rewind they have to be attracted? The only alpha I came across after coming here is Soobin. He wasn't interested in me till very—SOMI'S BIRTHDAY! I slammed my hand on the other.

"Dear Sister, did you remember the bastard who did this to you? Tell me his name!"
I narrowed my eyes glaring at my brother. Touch him and I'll kill you!
"What are you talking about oppa? I don't know about the person!" I smiled simply. He glared at me. I could tell from his gaze he doesn't believe me. I simply smiled. Suddenly his eyes disoriented and turned blue. Someone is mindlinking. He looked at at me as his eyes turned normal.

"Jeongin can you take my sister back to pack house, Somi return to your quaters as well!" Jisung said as he gets off the ground brushing his clothes.

"What happened oppa?"
"Someone breached the borders of pack territory,"

I hear Nephele in my head seething with anger. When I caught the wiffs of familiar scent, that piece of shit. I recognised the scent very well. Shit!
