This is it! What we've all been waiting for!!!

POV JJ

I woke up with a jolt, breathing heavy, clammy hands, drenched in sweat. I was shaking. Trying to control my breathing. 1...2...3...1...2...3 just breath I keep chanting. After what felt like forever I got my breathing under control. I grabbed my phone off the nightstand, 3am great. I know I'm not getting any more sleep so I get out of bed. Walking over to my closet I throw on leggings and a hoodie since in a colder fall morning. I grab my phone and headphones, puting my hair up in a ponytail, then going to the door to get my shoes. Once on I head out locking the door behind me. I've always found running soothing. It helps me organize my thoughts and feelings. I can run for miles and not realize how long it is till I get whatever it is figured out. That's what happening now. I come to a stop at a bench alongside the lake, I don't know how I got here but I know this park is about a 15 minute drive from my apartment not including how deep into the park I am. I slump onto the bench and try to catch my heavy breaths. I pull my headphones out and let them hang from my hoodie. The sun is rising so it's probably 5ish, I just catch my breath while looking out at the lake.

I don't know how long it's been but the sun it up now and it's starting to get warmer. I pull out my phone and see it's 7. I sigh and get up, putting my headphones back in I start the run back to my apartment. Around 8 I get back, I stoped for a bagel and coffee. I hop into the shower and go through my routine. Once ready for the day it's about 9 and I have about 5 hours till needing to pick up Ashley. I decided to send her a text.
