POV JJ

Today is the day! As expected I'm a nervous wreck. The last few days I've been high strung and running around like a chicken with their head cut off. The Ring gang has been a huge help and I think it's just about perfect. The only thing that could go wrong is some serial killer shows up uninvited... I need a life. I'm not sure how Ash hasn't picked up on anything but I'm grateful for that. It's now around 10am and I "left" for work around 7ish like usual. She went into the office like usual but what she doesn't know is that MK cleared their schedules and is helping with part one of my plan. All I have to do is finish setting up the final destination and make dinner as she goes on an adventure. I hope this goes well and no one messes up their parts. And please no killers today.

POV Ash

I am sat at my desk and for the past few hours nothing has been emailed or no questions asked. It was weird. I was about to find my assistant but MK waltzed into my office with a smirk on her face making me nervous. "Mary-Kate..." I say watching her lean on my desk and look at me. "What can I do for you?" I ask leaning back. She just smirks and pulls out an envelope out of, I have no idea where, and hands it to me. "What's this?" I ask confused but taking it from her. "open it" she says and I roll my eyes but do. I furrow my brows as I read it, it's... Odd? What the heck is this some prank? "MK what is this? I swear if this is you and Elizabeth again I'm telling mom" I say and she rolls her eyes now snorting. "That was one time and it was funny! But no, this is no prank. Read it out loud" she says pulling her phone out and I narrow my eyes at her. "This is stupid" I say and she huffs. "Ash! Read the damn letter" she says laughing and I huff. "Fine. It says, I promise this will all make sense, but for now just follow along for me. Don't worry about work, it's taken care of. Thank MK. Your day is planned out for you and I need you to play along with me. I swear I'm not trying to kidnap, kill or anything like that. For your first destination, go to where colors are vibrant and smells are sweet. Your clue: anticipation." I read and then look at MK more confused making her laugh. "What type of dumb ass clue is that?" I deadpan making her double over in laughter. "Who wrote this shit? A failed poet?" I ask looking back at the letter. "Oh my God... This is gold" she wheezes out wiping her eyes from tears with the hand not holding her phone. "Why are you recording this?" I say utterly confused. "You'll understand soon, but for now... Guess! I'm here to guide you through your journey today." She says in a weird deep voice making me raise an eyebrow. "Ok.... Uh well." I say reading the letter again. Colors are... Vibrant. And smells are, sweet.... What smells sweet and are colorful? I think so lost. "Come on genius! Ok, ok uh... Lizzie had a 2 hour 'conversation' with us about this a few days ago. Remember?" She says smiling. What did we talk about? Her latest movie. Rose in school. The Row. Ah! "Flowers!" I say smiling and MK laughs nodding. "Yes! Ok and put that with the clue you were given" she says and I look at the paper. "Anticipation... The flower means anticipation?" I ask and she fist bumps making me chuckle. "Yes!" She says. "Hold on..." I mumble pulling my phone out to search up the flower. "Anemone... Oh they're pretty." I say and look up. "Now what?" I ask my 'guide'. "Now I bring you to your next destination sis! Let's go grab your things!" She cheers so I do kinda excited but still confused about that is going on.

We pull up to a corner flower shop not too far away and get out of the car. "Finally! You took forever!" Lizzie exclaims coming over to us smiling. What the hell is she doing here? "Was this your doing?" I ask her squinting my eyes at her. She laughs and shakes her head handing me a beautiful bouquet of blueish Anemones. "These are beautiful" I say smiling, smelling them. "This is gold" I hear MK mutter and glare at her. "Why are you videoing this?" I ask annoyed and she just laughs. "Here! Hopefully this one takes shorter" Lizzie jokes handing me another envelope. I sigh handing her the flowers again and open it up. "I hope you loved the flowers! They are almost as beautiful as you. Ugh, that was gross... Anyway! We need to get these in water and the next stop is home! Oh and this is Jennifer by the way! So stop huffing and puffing and let your sisters guide you on a little scavenger hunt. I'll be waiting at the end. Love you and happy 1 year anniversary!" I read and pout my lips at how adorable this is. "She's so cute" I say tearing up a bit, but then mentally curse myself for forgetting. I've been so busy I can't believe I forgot. Stupid Ashley! I didn't have time to get her anything, damnit. "Shit. I forgot! I'm such a bad girlfriend! I didn't even get her anything" I whine out frustrated. "So dramatic. Let's go slow poke!" MK shouts dismissing what I just said and hops in the car. I roll my eyes huffing, and take the flowers getting in. Lizzie hops in after and we head home for the next clue. I'm now excited and curious about what she has planned.
