Docks pt 2

POV Emily:

JJ just went out to go into the room with docks. As I waited for her to go in Hotch spoke up, "he looks a lot different, almost lifeless. The warden was telling me he wouldn't talk that we are wasting our time." He says. "I think JJ can get him to talk. He has a fixation on her." Rossi says. I mumble out an, "that is the problem." And before anyone can say anything JJ walks in. The room is a corner room so the angle is offset. I can see most of Docks but also JJ which I like. I can keep an eye on her. JJ pulled the chair out, her back towards the door. And Docks' head stayed down. Then JJ started to speak, "Hello Robert. My name is.." she was cut off by Docks, "Jennifer Jareau, special agent of the BAU." He says and lifts his head to look at JJ, then continuing to speak, "Worked in the military, top of your class, scholarship for varsity soccer, grew up in East Allegheny, Pennsylvania. Collected butterflys as a child. A sister named Rosaline...oh I mean had, she died at 11 or more like killed herself." He said. I clenched my fist, "that piece of shit. I'm going to kill him." I growled out I went to move but Hotch told me to wait. I watched as JJ was physically holding herself to stay seated. I know this is a sensitive topic, her sister. That was a low blow. But JJ stays stoic, but almost frozen in anger. "Take a breath Jen. Don't let this bastard get to you. Ok?" I say softly, but before I can say anything Docks continues, "And you found her...how did it feel? How did she look all lifeless like that? I bet her heart was pretty. If it's anything like yours" She doesn't respond, there is almost no recognition so I try again. "Jennifer it's ok. Can you hear me? Jen?" I try again. I'm beyond pissed, I'm about ready to march in there and slam his face, REPEATEDLY, on the table. "She's ok Emily, she's got this." Rossi says, but I can see the concerned looks in there eyes. Penelope looks like she may cry. But then JJ speaks up, in a calm strong voice. It kinda surprises me, but damn it put a smile on my face, she just verbally flipped him off. "I see you've done your research. Well allow me to show you what I learned." She starts, but before he can even say anything she keeps going. This bitch, I love her. "Robert Docks age 57 born and raised in McAlester Oklahoma. Lived with your Mother, Rebecca. Never knew your dad, he left at a young age. Your mom would bring home multiple men and they never stayed. You were a loner and seems like you still are, no friends in school just passed. Started to work at the local hardware store. You were there for a long time more then 20 years. You have trouble with women, they just don't seem interested in you. But then..what was her name Tina? Theresa? No.." she was cut off by Docks practically growling out, "Tessa" I had a huge smile on my face and I could hear a whistle from someone on the screen, she continued before he could say anything. "ah yes! Sorry slipped my mind. Yes Tessa. You loved her, or did. We found her, it wasn't easy. But what we found odd was she still had her heart...well it was split in half, she also wasn't beaten like, Kate and Jessica. Oh, right! My bad forgot to mention we found them too. You were sloppy. We ran the DNA, your a match. Firsts are always sloppy, don't blame you. But what I find interesting is why it took so long for you to snap. I mean you lost your job from sexual allegations, your mother died, but still nothing. Not till February, Tessa. Now I think see broke your heart maybe cheated, or broke up with you, no maybe it was because you couldn't get it up..." OMG THIS LITERALLY QUEEN! And people think JJ is this little perfect ivy league girl. "Damn.." I hear someone say, "ya" I say back not looking down at them. But before anything else happens Docks lunges at JJ, I tense but she doesn't flinch, move, or anything. He is red faced and struggling against his chains. Then JJ leans forward slightly and says, "Oh I'm sorry, did I hit a nerve?" She says with the most fake ass voice ever. LOVE IT. Then he screams out, "You don't know anything about me! Or Tessa! She loved me she did! She was just confused, she..she didn't know what she wanted..I.I couldn't let her leave..she couldn't..." He then started to sob at the end. "What the hell?" I say. I'm so confused but he is crazy so whatever. "She's getting close." Hotch says. I start to really focus on what he is saying. JJ is working him and using all the stops. Just listening to him is sick. Is this what he thinks love is? There has to be more. Come on JJ keep digging. They continue to talk then he says he keeps the hearts and buried them somewhere. "Oh my God. No that's...no" Penelope says. We all just continue to listen. "Is there a place you found that's recurring Garcia?" Hotch asks her. "Not really he was a hermit. Not much, I mean he lived in an apartment. Maybe his mom's house?" She suggests. "Maybe. It has to be something that means a lot. But why?" Rossi says. "Maybe it's for his heart break? It's like replacing his broken heart?" I say. I get a few hums but we are lost. There was a nock and I say "yes". Howard comes in and said he needed to get Docks back. I nod and wait a beat for JJ to finish. They seem to be at a resting point to I speak up, "Sorry JJ but they need to get him back. We can figure this out tomorrow." She looks slightly annoyed but tells Docks and as she is leaving he tells her he wants to talk about her tomorrow. "Oh hell no. That's not happening." I say under my breath. "I know you don't like it but it may be the only way Emily" Hotch says. I roll my eyes and see the door open. I launch myself at JJ, she is tense but relaxes. I know this was hard and she needs comfort. I also know she isn't going to break here. So I pull back and give her a smile. We finish up and packed everything away. Then head out to the car.
