Althea guided Loki to his cell with agents following her. They were afraid that Loki would try to escape. When they were passing the lab she noticed Loki smiling at Bruce. She realized whatever Loki is planning it has to start with Bruce.

She pushed him forward knowing Bruce felt uncomfortable by his creepy star. She guided Loki in to his cell and made her way to stand beside Fury.

"Incase it's unclear,if you try to escape, if you so much as scratch the glass—" Fury started and pressed a button to open the hatch below. She could feel the air. It gave her a special kind of peace."Its 30 000 feet straight down on a steel trap. you get how that works?" Fury continued gesturing to where the hatch was while closing it. Loki looked down and smirked.

"Ant—boot!" Fury said to loki which made her let out a chuckle which was met by a glare by both parties. "It's an impressive cage. Not built I think for me." Loki said while chuckling. The goddess knew who this was built for she was hoping they wouldn't have to use this.

"Built for something a whole lot stronger than you." The Director responded while taking a couple of steps towards the cell. "Oh I've heard! A mindless beast. Makes play, he's still a Man. How desperate are you, That you call on such creatures to defend you?" Loki asked. Althea knew he was doing to this get rise from him. She let out a sigh knowing something big is gonna come.

"How desperate am I? You threaten my world with war. You steal a force you cannot hope to control. You talk about peace but you kill because it's fun. You have made me very desperate. You might not be glad that you did." Fury replied while walking closer to the cell. She didn't move from where she was. She was thinking of what her brother's plan was and she was sure that whatever it is, it has something to do with the big guy.

"Ooh! It burns you to come so close. To have the Tesseract, To have power, unlimited power and for what? A warm light for all mankind to share. And then to be reminded what real power is." Loki said clearly knowing something that they didn't. Fury smirked and walk towards her.

"Well let me know if real power wants a magazine or something." The Director stated and went to leave but  realized the goddess was not following him. "Althea." Fury called out to her gesturing her to follow him out. "Sir, can I talk to him for a minute?" She asked him hoping he wouldn't say no.

"I'll be outside waiting." He nodded and left the goddess alone with her brother. Loki smirked realizing she  was here to convince him to abandon his plan.

"Stop this nonsense at once Loki! Return the Tesseract and return to Asgard where you belong." She raised her voice  and took a couple of steps towards the cell. She was frustrated and betrayed by his antics. Loki looked at her and sighed. "You and I both know Odin would have me killed the minute I step foot on Asgard." Loki replied  and took a seat at the edge of the cell.

"Our father would not do that!" She snapped at him. She was mad at him for him even suggesting that. "He is not my father!" Loki snapped back and got up from where he was sitting. He was glowering.  "Then am I not your sister?" She asked as tears welled in her eyes. Loki could see the pain his words has caused her which pained him too.

"Leave Althea! I do not wish to converse with you anymore!" Loki said and turned the other side. "Are you gonna slaughter me too Loki once your plan for world domination has worked?" She asked him even though she knew he'd never hurt her.

"You know very well that I would never cause you any harm!" Loki turned and exclaimed. He couldn't even believe that she'd think that knowing he had promised her once that he'd never hurt her. She could see the emotions in his eyes. She knew her brother was still there. "Then why are you doing this brother? Could you not see that this has done nothing but harm me." She pleaded but Loki turned away refusing to look at her. She sighed and made her way out knowing she can't get through to him.
