Althea was feeling incredibly pissed of as she walked in to the Avengers compound. She walked into the living room and saw Tony was sitting on the couch with Vision and Rhodey. "What did you tell Peter?" She asked as soon as she reached him.

"What happened to hello? How are you? How's your day?" Tony asked her sarcastically as he stood up from the couch. Rhodey rolled his eyes knowing there's a fight about to break out between both of them which was some sort of normalcy between Tony and her. The last 6 months as much as they laughed and spent all their together. They would just as much argue.

"Tony, I'm not really in the mood to be joking." She stated in a serious tone which made him let out a sigh. "I told him we'd call him if we need him for a mission." Tony replied which made her just stare at him in disbelief. "Why would you do that?" She asked raising her voice clearly frustrated by him.

"Wait a minute. You said he'd be a great addition to the team, that's why I said that." He reasoned which made her roll her eyes. "I remember we agreeing to this was a one time thing, till he graduates. He's 15 for God sake and he's thinking we're gonna be calling him for a mission soon." She yelled feeling incredibly mad at Tony for saying that.

"You think I don't know that! I read every message, every update he sends to Happy!" Tony said raising his voice. "Guys, stop." Rhodey said but both of them ignored him while Vision decided to stay out of it and continue reading his book as if they aren't yelling at each other at the top of their lungs.

"Well, then you shouldn't have said that to him. He's my responsibility and I want him to live the best of his teenage life." Althea said taking a couple of steps toward Tony. "He's my responsibility too and I'm looking out for him." Tony said taking a couple of steps forward.

"Am I missing something? Or did they have a child that I don't know of?" Pepper asked carrying a bowl popcorn. "I strongly suggest to ignore their banter, Miss Potts." Vision said as he turn a page on the book he was reading. "So this is normal around here?" Pepper asked as she sat back beside Rhodey and plopped a couple of popcorns in to her mouth.

"Yes, it is." Rhodey replied as he took a handful of popcorn. "You're unbelievable!" She exclaimed. "I'm sorry? Who died and made you guys parents of this kid?" Rhodey asked which made both of them to stop their banter and look at him. "Shut up, Rhodey!" Tony and Althea said simultaneously which made Vision let out a chuckle.

"I did say to stay out of it." Vision said which made Rhodey shot him a glare. "You know what? I'll deal with this!" She said before storming out. "Fine! Deal with it!" Tony said before walking away. Both of them walked away at opposite directions.

"I really should consider moving in, if this is how it is. This is fun." Pepper said which made Rhodey let out a chuckle. "I strongly advise against it." Vision said at the same time Rhodey said "You're more than welcome too." Pepper let out a chuckle before following the way Tony went.

Althea grumpily sat on her bed feeling incredibly frustrated on her best friend. Both of them had a conversation about Peter saying that he should remain as friendly neighborhood Spider-Man till he graduates but then he goes ahead and gives him hope. He's a kid. The reason she is damn adamant of him remaining as a kid is because she watched her brother being fighters at the age when they should be kids.

She knew it wasn't the same but she wanted him to have a teenage years worth having fun with his friends not fighting and waiting for a mission. He's a kid and he has his whole life ahead of him. She knew if he moves in to the compound some day he might regret it. Seeing as He no longer would be a separate individual from Spider-Man and Peter Parker. She knew his life wouldn't be the same and by the looks of him she knew he had dreams. She just wants him to have a life that he wouldn't be regretting.
