Chapter 15

"Of course I m not gonna screw up the mission!" Althea said to Fury through her Comms finding for the weapons blueprints. "Once Barton clears out the building I want you out too, so find the blueprints fast Althea." Fury said through the Comms which made made roll her eyes.

This was her first mission Fury sent her on and he has been nothing but a pain the ass for the last hour. She looked under the table for the blueprints but there were only a bunch of eaten food wrappers, her nose scrunched up in disgust.

Althea got up from her crouching position and noticed a drawer. She opened it and found the blueprint. She was grinning from ear to ear. "Who leaves the drawer that contains blue prints of  a weapon unlocked. Amateurs!" She said and turn to leave. Suddenly she felt someone kick her back which made her flew back.

She groaned as her back hit the sharp edge of the table. She turn to look who it was. It was a man wearing a mask with a metal arm. "What the hell dude?" Althea grumbled up and got on to her feet.

She positioned her body in fighting stance and ran to punch him but he caught her arm and twisted it behind her back. Althea cried out in pain. She quickly channeled the wind around her pushed him. She quickly scrambled all the blueprint of the weapons she found and ran to the extraction point.

Just as she was about to jump over the fence she felt a bullet pierce through her shoulder. She cried out in pain. "Well that's a first!" Althea said looking at her shoulder wound.

She tried again to jump over the fence but she felt someone grab her by the ankle and threw her like a ragdoll. She lost consciousness as her head hit a rock.

Althea woke up to see she was in an unfamiliar room. She looked around to see she was restrained to a bed. She looked to her right to see they were taking her blood. She felt incredibly dizzy. She looked around to see the Man that brought her here. He was no longer wearing the mask that covered his face. His eyes were cold no sign of any emotions left.

a man dressed in a lab coat and round glasses a approached her. "How did you get this powers?" The man asked her but she remained quiet refusing to give any kind of information. She didn't know if Fury would send Agents to find her. She was afraid for the first time not for death but for torture knowing she can't endure it.

"Let me ask again. How did you get this powers?" The man asked her again she still refused to talk. Althea suddenly felt and immense amount of pain. She cried out loud. She was electrocuted. "Go to hell!" She gritted through her teeth in pain.

The man electrocuted her again. She screamed in pain. She was determined not to give him the satisfaction of giving in. I could take a little pain. She thought to herself. She wanted to call out Heimdall knowing he can see her if she calls him out. She was afraid of her father locking her up again ever since she got a taste what life could be other than attending balls and walk around the castle, she loved this life. She didn't think she could return to Asgard without missing a big part of her.

"Quite a fighter aren't you love. Don't worry you will give in. Eventually they all do." The man said and electrocuted her again. Althea screamed as loud as she could. She could feel a different kind of power within her she felt as all around her everything started to blast. She heard an alarm going off.

She heard all of the people that were in the room scrambling to get out. Althea could feel blood trickling down her nose. She passed out. She woke up to see Clint removing her restraints.

"What did they do to you?" He asked her. His face softened at the sight of her, blood was leaking out of her nose, she had a busted lips, bruises were all around her body. All around,Althea could see arrows embedded on the people that tortured her. She felt as tears started to roll down her face.
