"Ready?" Asked Kacie, peeking her head out of the bathroom, as Christian looked at her from where he was positioned on the edge of his bed. They'd only gotten back from their walk an hour ago, meaning Kacie was a little panicked whether they'd be late or not.
Christian was in fancy black slacks that just barely covered his white puma shoes. Along with a formal white collared shirt and open black blazer, that showed his thin gold chain with a cross.
"Yes," he replied, in awe of how beautiful she looked as she stepped out of the bathroom.
Kacie was dressed in a long, light blue long off-the-shoulder dress with a little slit at the bottom, and white heels with sequences. Her hair was parted to the side with curls, making her long silver earrings visible. On her wrist, she wore her favorite watch from her sister, with a Chanel bag in her hand.
They had stayed out for too long, and were most likely going to be late to the party. But atleast they had each other.
"Shall we?" asked Christian as he shut off his phone and got up from the side of his bed, extending his elbow so they could link arms.
"We shall," Kacie beamed, her small tan arm linking with his covered one.

alright, so here's my thing with some of these chapters. i wrote these awhile back but now that i write more i realize the reader is here to read about cody and does not really care about Christian and Kacie. however, I wanted to knock out the annoying clichés that in most books how the girl has to pick one and one of the guys is just obviously like 10x better than the other. anyways, not a big fan of these chapters, but they lead into something reallyyyyyy big!! <33 love u all 🧡
