Sofia woke up with a bad headache, and her body was begging her for more sleep, but she had to make Steven breakfast before he went to school, the poor boy couldn't even make himself some two-minute noodles, without setting something on fire.
Deciding on toast and some scrambled eggs she grabbed the ingredients, seeing that some shopping was long overdue.
"Steven I need your car for the day my motorcycle is on the wanted list after my 'incident' yesterday so I'll pick you up after school" Steven only groaned remembering he didn't tell her about him getting detention, on his first day back at school. "Just come get me at 4" without giving much of an explanation he rushed to the car, trying his hardest to avoid the questioning his about to get.
Sofia slammed her car door shut glaring at her brother "What. Did. You. Do".
"It wasn't something I did...sis" Steven mumbled not wanting her to feel like it was her fault at all. "Explain" hoping it wasn't about the options Henry gave her, Sofia waited patiently for the answer.
Steven explained what happened, and Sofia forgot every reasonable response she could've had toward Henry when she arrived at Steven's school. Steven got out saying his quick goodbye and rushed to his friends nervous about his sister acting so calmly toward the news he gave her.
Driving off Sofia made her way to Alex's house.
Alex lived on the nice side of the city but only because of his not-so-honest 'job'.
Getting stopped at the heavily guarded gate, Sofia pushed the car horn when they wouldn't let her in because they were told not to let anyone disturb 'Boss' as they put it. Fuck the boss she thought only stopping her action when the guard pointed the handgun at her demanding she gets out of the car.
Smirking inwardly Sofia unbuckled her seatbelt and slowly stepped out. "I wouldn't get close to that one Nick" a familiar voice spoke grabbing her and the guard, named Nick's, attention.
Being distracted by Alex Sofia grabbed the opportunity and swiftly swiped her foot, tripping the guard and standing on top of him, turning the handgun so it was pointing at Nick's head. "Don't point your toy at guests, Pretty boy" Sofia mocked placing the gun on the ground and walking towards Alex, who stood looking at her with amusement.
"I need a favor A" Sofia talked lowly hoping only he could hear. Pointing his hand towards the house he started walking looking back every so often making sure Sofia was still following.
"You know calling next time would've gotten you in without a gun to your head Sofia" Alex joked sitting down in the modern kitchen.
Looking around the kitchen Sofia sat down on the bar stool next to Alex, looking at the unrolled marijuana in front of her. Needing a distraction Sofia motioned to the marijuana, starting to roll it perfectly with Alex's permission.
"So what's the favor?"
"I need a person taken care of A," she said calmly not looking up as she licked the tip of the paper. "If you want someone gone there's a solid reason for it, who's the unlucky guy, love?" Alex chuckled lighting the joint and passing it to her.
Not noticing the man watching her from the doorway she took a few drags taking deep breaths while closing her eyes, trying to calm down.
"Henry Freeman, he's..." before she could explain Noah interrupted her walking into the kitchen "Alex I've told you to see your slut's at a hotel" Noah growled but before Alex could explain Sofia beat him to it " Mind saying that a little closer princess I couldn't quite hear you over that big ass ego of yours". Alex sat back watching this encounter play out.
His big brother does have a big ego and Sofia seemed like the best person to put a dent in that.
Walking closer to Sofia, Noah seemed mad at her bold statement "I Said no SLUT is all..." before he could finish his sentence Sofia grabbed his head slamming it on the glass countertop leaving him in a daze before he fell unconscious on the ground.
Shocked Alex stared at his brother "What? I'm sensitive to the word 'Slut' in all honesty he had it coming A, back to my favor is it a yes or no?
