SO! There are some SUPER terrible writers out there. By that I mean people that spell "right" as "rite" and people who don't know what a comma is or what a period is.
These people have 10,000+ reads and I'm going to tell you why.

Whatever it is, people just love this dark "Mr. Way" character.
There's more Teacher Gerards then Brendons, Petes or anyone else. (Except maybe 5sos or 1D people.)
You could write the shittiest piece of shit and it'll become popular.
Some teacher fics are good. Typically they aren't the ones where you get fucked by Gerard in the first chapter.
Although "You're a Mindfuck Babe." Isn't a bad fic...
