My god it gets annoying. I mean sure having to take pills every day can get a bit annoying and at the start there can be negative side effects but it goes away after a month ago on the med.
One thing people do especially in the bandom is they say xanax is really bad and can get super addictive. (If you don't know it was the pill Gerard Way got addicted to.)
Yes. Xanax is somewhat addictive.
But Yes. It stops panic attacks while they're happening.
Like this drug is fucking genius. My best friend was in the hospital after a suicide attempt and they put her on xanax temporarily until she was stable.
One last thing.. I've read multiple fanfictions where the person gets addicted to their antidepressant and it's zoloft or lamotrigine.

Okay so I don't know much about most antidepressants but I've been on these to for FOREVER. My doctor put me on them because they are UNaddictive. There is literally nothing addictive in them. So unless all these people have an extreme placebo effect, they're messing with us.
