Kai POV

We talked for a while, pretty much about everything under the sun. Then....

Azurda: So Kai, do you remember anything about where you were from?

Ah, the question of the month.

Kai: Bits and pieces...

Pyra: Wait... you lost your memory completely? I knew you couldn't remember how you got here but...

Kai: Yep, all gone. My home, friends, family, everything. All I could remember was my name, my ability, I have a big ass sword, and how to use it.

Pyra: Memory loss is a big thing with Blades. When a Blade's Driver dies, the Blade returns to it's Core Crystal. When a new Driver resonates with the Blade's Core Crystal, the Blade reawakens, but reatains no memory prior to them returning to their Crystal.

Kai: Well, I'm certainly not a Blade. I don't have a Core Crystal anywhere on my person.

Azurda: Well, even with whatever power you may have, you don't have an ether signature, so there is no possibility of you being a Blade.

Pyra: What is your ability?

Kai: I can copy any move I see. Your Burning Sword, Prominence Revolt, all of that. I can use it all.

Pyra: So that's how you controlled the campfire.

Kai: Yes. I used what I learned from your moves to manipulate fire. I can take any move, enhance it, and have complete mastery over it without having to train. I even copied Jin's speed. I also can use the moves in ways the user couldn't, like combining it with another ability I have already learned.

Azurda: That is impressive.

Kai: I try.

There was a small pause

Kai: Hey Pyra...

Pyra: Hm?

Kai: Can we spar?

Azurda: That would be most unwise here.

Kai: Got it covered. Yo author! Can you give me a space creation skill?

What the fuck? You're already self aware? God damn oven. Maybe I shouldn't use it to bake anymore OC's

Kai: I'm waiting...

Okay okay, only because I want to see this.

[Subspace Creation Obtained]

Kai: Thanks Author!

Don't mention it

I quickly created a subspace. It looked like an arena floating in space

Azurda: How interesting

Kai: There. We shouldn't be able to damage the outside world from in here.

Pyra: If that's the case, then I won't hold back!

I grinned

Kai: I wouldn't have it any other way!

I drew my buster sword, while Pyra summoned her greatsword.

Azurda: 3... 2... 1.. Fight!

I charged, taking the initiative, immediately launching into several rapid swings. Pyra managed to parry them all. And knocked me away with a blast of fire.

Kai: I'm just warming up!

I launched into Cross Slash. A glowing yellow glyph was created   before I held my hand out, making the glyph glow brighter and explode.
