Hello there,

First and foremost, thank you. Thank you so so so so much for waiting for Alexius and Solaire. I honestly can't believe I'll finish their story since it was one of the hardest to write, and Alexius' is a complicated man, so I struggled so bad to write his point of view. Thank you for being patient, guys. If you're reading this note right now, it means you gave my fifth installment a try. 

Thank you for being here. You accompanied me again; you joined me in a world I wouldn't imagine I'll have someone willing to explore with me. To see what I'm seeing. To believe that this story is worth reading until the end.

And I sincerely apologize it took me almost a year to update this story. Life has been really tough. I reached the point where I no longer want to thrive words because I think writing is not really for me. It is not my safe space anymore. 

Honestly, I already gave up. 

Supposedly, Solaire and Alexius broke up forever. It was the original plot. No comeback and second chances since my life torn apart when I started writing Tainted Melodies. I was so bitter and couldn't find any reasons to be happy anymore, so I took my characters with me. Realizing what I've done, it was stupid lol. Nevertheless, I think the story turned out well the way I expected it to be. 

I also planned to end this series in this book, but suddenly...

You happened.

Yes, you.

Even though I'm very inactive, your comments, votes, and inspiring words reached me. Thank you for still believing. For waiting. Those are the ones I needed for not killing the slightest hope I have in my passion. It drives me to come back. It strives me to move forward. It helped in a way you couldn't imagine. It saved my ink from not totally drying out. So, again, thank you. The world is a better place because of people like you. I love you more than words.

P.S. See you in CDE #6, #7, and #8. I'm currently working on them offline. I'm doing my best to finish this series at the end of 2023. Para next year, new series naman na. Ayun lang, salamat ulit!
