- outfit for school -

I was walking through the hallway with Barb and Nancy. Nancy gave me her cards from which she's been studying from and I was asking her questions from the cards until someone grabbed them from me.
I looked at who it was and saw that it was Steve. Of course it was Steve.

"I think that you studied enough Nance. I'm telling you, you know, you got this. Don't worry. Now, on to more important matters." Steve says as he puts his hand on his hips.

Me and Barb were standing behind Nancy, listening to what Steve and his friends had to say.

"My dad has left town on a conference and my mom's gone with him, cause you know, she doesn't trust him."

"Good call." Tommy who was standing next to Steve added.

"So are you in?" Steve asked Nancy, waiting for her answer.

"In for what?" Nancy asked confused. It was obvious that he meant a party. "It's Tuesday," Nancy added as she figured out what he meant and Tommy decided to mock her.

"Come on. It'll be lowkey. It'll be just us. What do you say? Are you in or are you out?" Steve asked but before she could answer Carol told us to turn around.

All of us turned and saw Will's brother, Jonathan putting a missing person poster.

"Oh God, that's depressing," Steve said while looking at him.

His friends started to make fun of him and I have had enough of them. How could they be so heartless?

I walked over to Jonathan, who hadn't noticed that I was standing next to him.

I met Jonathan when he was picking up Will at Nancy's house. We haven't really talked much, but the least I could do was comfort him.

"Hey, Jonathan." As I said that, he finally noticed me. He greeted me and stopped what he was doing. "I'm sorry about everything. I knew Will and he was a smart kid, so don't lose hope. I, uhm, talked with my dad and I'm going to help with the search."

"Thanks, Y/n I appreciate that." I hugged him and he hugged me back. I could feel Steve and his friends staring at us but I didn't care.

"Because I don't want to go by myself."

I was talking with Nancy on the phone. She didn't want to go alone to Steve's party so she wanted me to come with her.

"I'm sorry Nance I already promised my dad and Jonathan that I'm going to help with the search."

"Oh, Y/n, please." She was begging me for about an hour now.

I sighed before I answered her. "Okay, Nance I'll see what I can do."

"Thank you. Look I gotta go. I'll see you in an hour." She hang up the phone and I went to my wardrobe to find the outfit for the party.
