The next day Barb hadn't shown up to school.

I was walking to my class when I saw Nancy standing next to her locker. I decided to go up to her but before she could see me Steve went to greet her. I decided to leave them alone and I headed to my class.

I was sitting in my seat now when I saw Nancy walk into the classroom. I looked outside of the window, pretending like I didn't see her. I was still mad at her because of yesterday.

She sat at her seat that was behind me and taped my shoulder. I turned around to see what she needed.

"Hey, Y/n have you seen Barb?" I shook my head no and went to look outside the window. It was weird that Barb hadn't shown up to school but I decided not to worry about it too much. She was probably sick.

After that, I hadn't talked to Nancy at all.

The school finally ended and I was about to head home until I felt someone grabbing my hand. I looked at the person holding me and saw that it was Nancy.

"What do you want Nancy?" I sighed before rolling my eyes.

"It's about Barb. She hasn't come home yet." She said looking concerned.

My eyes widened at her response. "What do you mean by that?"

Nancy let go of my hand and started to talk. "I talked to her mom and she said that Barb hadn't come home yesterday."

I grabbed my head with both of my arms, looking at the floor. I couldn't believe it. "Nance this is all my fault. I left her, I should have stayed with her."

"It's not your fault, we'll find her." Her voice was shaking as she said that.

I stayed quiet. Still not looking at her I just nodded.

In the corner of my eye, I saw someone tosing around something. I looked up and saw that it was Steve and his friends who were tossing around Jonathan's bag.

I decided to go and walked up to them, I really couldn't take any more of their shit. The guy's brother was missing and they didn't care at all.

Nancy and I got closer to them and Nancy was the first one to speak. "What's going on?"

"Here's the staring lady," Tommy said with a grin on his face. Nancy and I were both confused on what was happening.

"This creep was spying on us last night," Carol said.

I looked at Jonathan who was just standing there, not saying anything.

"He was probably gonna save this one for later." With a smile on her face, Carol handed the photo to Nancy. I looked over my shoulder and saw that the picture was Nancy just in her bra. "Oh, and this one is for you. Didn't know you were a lesbo L/n, but then again you do dress like one." I grabbed the photo from Carol's hand and looked at it. It was me and Barb sitting by the pool and it looked like we were making out.

"Fuck off," I told Carol. Tommy was probably about to slap or punch me but Steve stopped him with his hand and started to walk closer to Jonathan.

"See..." Steve started to speak. "You can tell that he knows it was wrong, but...man, that's the thing about perverts it's hardwired into 'em. You know, they just can't help themselves." He started to tear the pictures and Tommy started to laugh like this was the funniest thing he saw. "So we just have to take away his toy." After he said that he threw the torn pictures at Jonathan's face and walked back so he could grab Jonathan's camera that was placed on the car.

Jonathan started to beg Steve to leave his camera and Tommy started to push him.

"No, no, wait, wait...Tommy, Tommy. It's okay." He said while handing over the camera to Jonathan. "Here you go, man." As Jonathan started to reach for the camera Steve dropped it. The camera broke as it hit the ground.  It got quiet until Steve decided to say something. "Come on, let's go. The game's about to start." Before they started to follow Steve back to school, Tommy 'booed' at Jonathan and Carol threw more torn pictures at him.

Jonathan started to pick up the photos and I decided to help him.

Nancy crouched next to me and I saw that she was holding a photo of Barb. We looked at each other but before I could say anything Nancy got up to run to Steve who was calling for her. Before she ran to him she took some of the photos that were on the ground.

"I, I'm sorry, I was looking for my brother an-"

I stopped Jonathan. "It's fine. It's not me who you should be apologizing to." I looked back at Nancy who was looking back at us. Jonathan didn't say anything, he continued to pick up the pictures in silence.
