I opened my eyes feeling a harsh slap to my face. I could barley see with the bright light in my eyes. "Look who's awake."

I always hated when he spoke slowly. Mocking me like everything else did in this decrepit place.

"Seems your getting too comfortable here Sweetheart." Sometimes I wish I could fight against him.

Cut him open like he did me, but u knew it would be pointless.

The pure amount of guards this place held would rip me apart. Possibly it was just me giving up and accepting my part as a science experiment.

Or I just don't have the energy to fight back anymore.

It's not like I have always been a fighter. I wasn't Bucky or Steve. I missed them. I missed being able to see their faces.

Remember their faces. I couldn't seem to anymore. Everything seemed to fade away.

Just as I closed my eyes again my chin was harshly grabbed as my head was filter to see the man I hated.

"Dont sleep yet I want to see you." His voice made my skin crawl. The way he said it so sadistcally.

I couldn't even look at him any longer. Just as I looked at the clock behind him, I felt a needle stab into me.

It didn't hurt at first, but then it hit me all at once. The liquid ran down my arm like liquid fire.

I wanted to scream, but my throat had gone raw from so many times already I could only let out a silent scream.

It spread through my body so fast it felt like a virus. Something so easy to catch but not so easy to lose.

"Is it working?"

"We won't know until it attaches to her DNA, put her under until then."

I wanted to fight against my restraints. Not wanting to be unconscious for so long, but I wouldn't gave q choice in the matter.

I already felt the drugs being injected into my system.

Her body went limp as the two men stops over it. The Doctor running a finger down her thigh.
"She used to be so pretty what a shame."

He muttered licking his lips before looking over his shoulder to Wesker.

"Take her down to the chamber submerg her body in water and seal the top. Don't take more than two guards with you no one should know she's there."

He ordered before turning back to Desume. Her malnourished body laying so still she looked dead.

His eyes found her veins. Glowing with the golden serum. The days of preparation could not fail him this time.

She would be the one to finally work. She would be his lucky number three.

He carressed her face with a crooked smile. Never had he seen something last this long under his treatment.

Perhaps she was special. Or it could be because of the names he had carved from her thighs.

He looked at the patches now healed but ugly and jagged. Maybe he would see soon. After all it was his favorite part.
