Yana's POV:
Three years later...
I was busy in the kitchen while in the living room Victoria was drawing and watching TV."Mommy!"I heard her calling,I responded back"Yeah, mon amour?"And then I heard her footsteps.
I turned around and she was walking toward me with a white sheet of paper in her right hand.
"You think daddy will like it?"She asked innocently handing me the sheet of paper."
I threw a look on her drawing and a big red heart was sketched on it.
Not perfect,but lovely!
A smile crossed my lips and I looked down at V who was waiting for me to give an answer.
"Of course he will,it's lovely!"I replied honestly handing it back. Her face lit up and she thanked before running back in the living room,I chuckled.
After a few minutes,I heard the door getting unlocked by its security system.
"Daddy!"Victoria yelled and I saw running her through the living room so she can stun him at the door.
"Daddy!"I heard her again when the door opened,"Hey princess!"Elijah said with a happy voice and heard how he gave her a kiss.
Elijah walked in kitchen with Victoria in his arms and in one hand with a bouquet of white roses, both of them looking happy.
"Hi!"He greeted me after the kiss he gave me on the lips and handed me the flowers with a bright smile while I smirked and thanked.
He still brings me flowers once a week.
"Daddy, you have to see the picture I have drawn for you."Victoria mentioned all excited,"Really?Show me."Elijah said and put Victoria down.
She immediately ran away while Elijah gave me a quick smile.I put the flowers on the kitchen island and we both followed her in the living room.
"Look!"She uttered giving him the drawing proudly.Elijah gasped as soon as his eyes spotted it and uttered a "Wow" while he threw his blazer on the couch before he took the drawing in his hands.
"Do you like it?"V wanted to know being all impatiently."I love it!"Her father replied honestly looking down at her.
"And Granny taught me a Hai..Haik..."Victoria tried to pronounce the Japanese name for poem."Haiku."I said trying to help her."Haiku.She taught me a Haiku."She explained happily.
"Really?Then tell it."Elijah demanded surprised.
Victoria started reciting the Haiku named "A Morning" slowly making me smile proudly at her.
Everytime she's with my mother, she gets taught Japanese or she'd ask me different words while Elijah tries to teach her French.
We decided that it'd be good for her to learn both cultures just like Elijah and I's parents taught us.
