Yana's POV: We reached the apartment after forty minutes and as I entered it,three bodyguards stunned me.All of them dressed in suits and bowed as they saw me.
The one in the middle introduced himself first and then his colleagues"My name's Adrian,his name is Liam and he is Elias."And moved his head to right and left when he mentioned their names.
Adrian then continued"Mr.Creed gave us the order to protect you while he's gone."I nodded in response and thanked.
They moved aside so I can upstairs and I changed in some comfortable clothes.
I walked downstairs and took a sit on the couch.I checked my phone and it was already 09:00 pm.I sighed before I dialed my mom's number to see how V was doing.
Elijah's POV: I ran outside after Ezekiel and the others when I bumped into Bruno and Akio.
"What happened?"I asked worried when I spotted Bruno's injured shoulder."Two of Ezekiel's people intervened in our way,but Mr.Akabane killed them."Bruno explained panting.
I thanked Akio and then I questioned"Did Yana get safely to the car?"Bruno nodded in response.
I sighed in relief and explained what just happened earlier.
"Jacques informed me that they keep following Ezekiel,we have to keep up."I demanded strongly.
Both of them nodded and Akio announced me that he'll find a way to end the event while Bruno and I should go.
While Akio was at the mansion,Bruno and I took another car to go after the others.
Through a special device we were able to locate where the rest of my men were and Bruno was talking over his in-earpiece with my men.
They indicated that they'll be reaching The Palisades.

We kept following them until we reached the mentioned cliff shortly after the others.
I found Ezekiel right at the peak of it surrounded by my men who were pointing guns at him.
"Ezekiel,it's over now!"I said walking past my men and being right in front of him,only sixteen feet away and not showing any fear since he held a gun too.
Ezekiel shook his head not wanting to believe while looking all frustrated.
"You won't get me!"He yelled before he proved it by falling off the cliff.
I ran forward to catch him,but it was too late.
My eyes witness how he was falling down in the deep like a rock.
Water's splashes were to be heard after five seconds when he reached its deep.
I still stood there to see,if he comes to surface and his unfortunately he did,he started swimming away not looking behind.
I turned around facing my men and ordered"Ezekiel is still alive.Get him,please!"
They all nodded and started bringing out the equipment they needed in order to get down to the shore of the cliff.
As they got closer,they all started shooting to stop him from swimming.
"He won't escape now!"I thought to myself smirking down at him.
Ezekiel started shooting too,but it was useless,he was one against ten.
The shooting lasted another whole minute until my eyes witnessed how Ezekiel didn't move for a few seconds and a last gun shot was to be heard.
That was the moment when his body sank entirely under the water.
My eyes sparkled with joy when I saw him finally defeated.
My men started entering the water to get him and within ten minutes his wet unconscious body was laying on the stony ground right in front of me.
I crouched down to check his pulse which was barely to feel.
I smirked before I ordered everyone"Try to keep him alive until he gets to the old hall and prepare the last phase,please."
They all nodded and I walked to the car with Bruno.
