Elijah's POV: I closed the gate behind me not caring what is happening in the hall.
All my men watched me.I nodded emotionless and walked away to the car.
Bruno was driving while I looked out of the window not saying a word until I asked"How is Miriam's condition?"Bruno looked into the rear-view mirror and replied"I received a message from Calvin while you were inside the hall and Ms.Klein is alright,she's at the hospital."
I immediately demanded politely"Please bring me to her."Bruno nodded and changed the destination from home to the hospital.
We arrived there and asked after Miriam who was hospitalized in the V.I.P. room 313.
As I entered in,I found her lying in the bed dressed in light blue hospital pajamas.
She was awake and with two of my men beside her left bedside.
They nodded when I entered and they walked out of the room with Bruno leaving us two alone.
"How are you feeling?"I asked worriedly while Miriam struggled to stand up so she can sit down since she got shot right in the stomach area.
"I'm fine now,thank you for caring!"Miriam responded being thankful with a smile.
I nodded and then sighed softly before I spoke carefully"I came to see how you're feeling and to announce you that...Ezekiel is dead."
Miriam didn't show any emotion and just stared at me.
"It was the only way."I mumbled.
It took her a few moments to realize before I saw her nodding since she knew exactly what I meant.
"You don't have to worry about him anymore,he didn't deserve you."I said out loud.
She sighed deeply before she requested in a low tone"I have some questions about Ezekiel,if you could answer them?"
I nodded without a hesitation before I took a place in the white sofa chair next to her bed.
Yana's POV: I was lying in bed watching a K-Drama when I heard a few knocks at the door.
"You may!"I yelled a bit allowing the person to enter.
The door opened and Bruno entered in,he closed the door behind him and bowed when he arrived in front of me.
"I was sent by Mr.Creed to inform you that the mission is complete."He informed me with confidence.
My eyes widened by the information I received.
I couldn't believe we finally ended this rivalry.
I was delighted!
A smile appeared on my face and I wanted to know"Where is Elijah now?"Bruno replied"He is at the hospital,he's visiting Ms.Klein."
I was shocked and asked,if I could visit her too."Mr.Creed demanded to keep you here until he returns."Bruno responded sorrily.
I raised both of my eyebrows and questioned"Who's the new mafia leader now?"Bruno gave me a confused look and replied"Mr.Creed."
And then I popped another question"And who is going to own the mafia,if Elijah won't be able to?"
His eyes widened while his lips were moving trying to say something and I curiously waited for his answer.
A few seconds passed before Bruno sighed softly and responded back calmly"You,Mrs.Creed...Mr.Creed wrote your name down as new heir,if he will no longer be able to lead it."
I smirked while he nodded and said"I'm going to take you to him,I'll wait at the car."
I thanked before I turned the TV off.
I stood up from bed so I can walk into the closet to get myself ready while Bruno exited the room.
I put on a white Ralph Lauren shirt with some blue Levi's jeans,a black Yves Saint Laurent belt and for the footwear I chose a white pair of Chanel sneakers.

Elijah's POV: I answered every single question to Miriam with honesty so her heart could get relived.
"I guess,I chose the wrong man."Miriam claimed sadly at the end and looking down and playing with her ring while I drily nodded.
"But now he's gone and you can freely start a new life again."I assured her with hopeful smile.
Miriam smiled back when suddenly the door behind me opened.
I turned my head to the door and my eyes spotted Yana walking in and Bruno behind her.
"Mon amour,what are you doing here?"I asked while standing up approaching her and throwing a serious look at Bruno.
"I wanted to see you."Yana replied casually and wrapped her arms around my neck hugging me tight while I wrapped my arms around her body and touching her long soft hair.
"I'm so relieved that you're still alive."Yana maintained with a smile after we broke the hug,but we still held each other.
"I promised you that I'll be back and will end this with success."I reminded her proudly having my right hand on her cheek while my left arm was wrapped around her waist.
I approached my lips to hers and we kissed passionately.
I moved next to Yana so she and Miriam can see each other and Yana asked worried"Are you alright?"Miriam nodded with a smile and threw me a look saying"Thanks to Elijah."I chuckled.
"If you need anything,please inform Bruno and we will gladly help."Yana mentioned showing generosity,Miriam thanked being grateful while Bruno handed her his business card.
"We'd let you rest now...it has been a long day."I mentioned and Miriam nodded thanking again.
Bruno,Yana and I left and we arrived home after a forty minutes car ride where Adrian,Liam and Elias were waiting for us.
I informed them about the mission and thanked letting them call it a night.
