Elijah's POV: I was devastated on the way back to the office.I felt like my hands and feet were tied together and I couldn't do anything.
I shut the door of my office and threw my blazer on the couch.I smashed my palms on the desk and was trying to regulate my breath.
"Putain je...vais te tuer...Ezekiel!"I said to myself while an evil smirked started appearing on my face.
I got escorted home,because I felt I was being spied by Ezekiel's men.Pierre and Jacques watched the door while Bruno and I entered the apartment and made our way to my study.
Suddenly my phone rang,it was Akira.
"Hi,have you arrived safely?"She asked friendly.I watched Bruno and then responded"Yeah,about two hours ago."Her next question was about Yana,she explained that she tried to reach her,but no response.
I sighed inside me and lied casually trying not to raise any suspicions"I tried to reach her too,but I think she's too busy with the shopping for V's birthday,you know her."
Akira chuckled nervously begging she mentioned worriedly"Yeah,but she brought has V around 10:00 and it's 03:00 now.Shouldn't she be done already?Or at least a phone call would be enough."
I had no answer.
"I'm just worried."Akira added and I thought to myself the same.
She then requested to tell Yana to call her back when I'll reach out to her.

I hung up and we entered the study.
