Midoriya's screaming continued for weeks, and the quirk canceling cuffs never came off. It was like Aizawa was always using his quirk.
Anytime Todoroki got to worked up, the chains came back, tethering him to the wall, and Midoriya would scream shortly afterwards.
The fact that Shigaraki didn't stop hurting Midoriya made Todoroki quite angry. It wasn't like he could do anything to stop it though. He had noticed a pattern. Every time he did something the league didn't like, he could hear Midoriya screaming only a few minutes later.
It was obvious that they were still using Midoriya. Most likely to get him to listen to them, and not run off or that crap.
It aggravated him. He told those bastards not to hurt Midoriya. The more they did it, the angrier he got. Even his father didn't do that.
He hadn't had any contact with anyone but the league since the training camp, but they were permanently on his mind.
While Bakugo and him weren't on great terms, they are still classmates. Were. He had joined the league, which means he's no longer enrolled at UA.
His dad was probably very angry at the pro hero's, because they haven't found him yet, and he wished they never would. Finding him meant Midoriya would suffer even more.
"Your first mission as a villain," Shigaraki announced, "We will be attacking the dorm room for class 1A."
