The screaming had come to a stop a day earlier, and both boys slowly relaxed. They'd never think that Kiri would be calm, and not in pain. Yet, every time they looked up, Midoriya was always staring at them with a dead look in his eyes.
"I love watching them squirm." Toga giggled. "If only you'd let me make them bleed."
The boys creeped into the wall and the villains considered this. The villains smiled. The perfect plan to get the hero's off their backs.
"No."
The villains looked around, but could see no sign of who talked. Whoever did it, hid the signs perfectly, so no one knew who said it. All except two.
Todoroki and Bakugo looked at each other, and then at Midoriya. The three of them smiled, but only for an instant. This was all the proof they needed to know that Midoriya was still there.
