Chapter 26

"Dismiss have a good day everyone."

She announced as she started to pick up her things. In her peripheral vision she could see Calcifer picking up his things, by things his notebook and a pen on his polo. She rarely see him write down at that notebook at kung nakita niya man, he's just scribbling. Mostly in her class pero kahit ganon he manage to be one of the active student.

Kahit ang ibang professor nagsasabi na maganda daw itong estyudante at laging perfect ito kahit sa recitation. According to them Calcifer is the best student they have, ganon din naman sakaniya pero maliban sa ibang professor, iba ang pakitungo ang titig ng binata. Minsan halos hindi siya makaturo ng maayos dahil sa titig ng binata sakaniya.

Halos lagi itong nakatambay sa office niya but somehow he manage to do all those things without raising suspicions to anyone. Hindi niya din alam kung papaano or everyone is just minding their own business.

"Prof, tulungan na po kita." Rinig niyang sabi ni Calcifer, she bit back a smile. Calcifer calling her professor flutter her. Is this a fetish or something? Tinguan niya lang ang binata before saying thank you. May iilang estyudante pa kasi doon na nag-aayos ng gamit o naglalagay ng kolorete sa mukha. "Hatid ko na po kayo. May itatanong din po tungkol sa lesson natin ngayon."

"Sure, follow me." Simpleng saad niya.

Some of the students bid her goodbye. Nginitian niya lang ito bago tuluyan lumabas, Calcifer tailing behind her. As usual he act like a respectable student, it's a shock that other students doesn't even mind that they are with a well known business man. It's a private school. Everyone have a little celebrity life there, even some of the professor. Literal na for the rich ang school.

"Darling." Agad na tawag sakaniya ng binata bago nito isinara ang pinto ng office niya. Hinarap niya ito, he immediately hug her before kissing her cheeks. "Kailangan kong pumunta sa hospital." Agad siyang napalingon sa binata. "I'll take you home before leaving. Do you want take out? Or do you want me to cook?"

"Hospital?" She glance at him. "Are you okay? Anong gagawin mo sa hospital? Gusto mo samahan kita?"

Calcifer kiss her neck. "I'm just visiting someone, don't worry I'm fine but I can't take you with me." Tinignan siya ng binata, nagsusumamo ang mga mata nito sakaniya. "I'm sorry but I can't tell this one to you darling, not yet at least."

"It's fine, I understand." Ani niya bago kumawala sa yakap nito. Alam niyang may iilang bagay talaga na hindi pwede sabihin sakaniya ang binata, and she's that's totally fine. She grab her bag before facing Calcifer, mahaba ang nguso nito. Mukhang nagtatampo. She chuckle realizing he's being like this because she step away from his hug. "Gagabihin ka ba hun? And don't worry I can cook."

Calcifer automatically smile. "Cook, you mean fry?" He tease her, agad niya itong tinampal bago pinaikutan ng mata. Tinawanan lang siya ng binata bago siya marahan hinila papalapit dito. "Not really. Maybe an hour or two but in case you know. I could cook sinigang or ginataan langka, you're craving those. Right?"

"Luto na lang tayo kung maka-uwi kana. Gusto kitang tulungan" Ani niya. "May mga gagawin din ako. I'll wait for you. Bili na lang muna tayo Jollibee at Mcdo."

"Are you sure?" Calcifer ask. "Pwede pa ako magluto. Hindi naman ako nagmamdali." He lovingly offer. Umiling lang siya. Sanay na siyang ganito si Calcifer always asking her, surprisingly. He can really tell if she's okay or not with something. "Okay, I'll try to get back as soon as possible, pero kung maalangan ako magpapa-deliver na lang ako kay Kyx. Okay lang?"
