Agad siyang lumapit kay Calcifer bago ito niyakap. Matapos ang nalaman niya galing kay Kate ay agad niya itong tinawagan. Hindi siya mapakali, ito ang kinatatakutan niya. Okay lang kung siya mag-mukhang masama pero ibang usapan na ito. Lalo na sikat si Calcifer, panigurado malaki ang epekto ng ganitong scandal sa pangalan nila.

She let of go of him before looking straight at in his eyes. "Did you drop out?" Calcifer stilled for a moment before nodding. "Bakit mo ginawa iyon? At kung totoo iyon bakit ka pa bumabalik sa school?" Sunod niyang tanong dito. All these time, kaya pala parang wala ang pangalan ni Calcifer sa attendance sheet ng ibang professor. Sinusulatan niya iyon pero iyon pala nag drop out ito.

"For you." Simpleng sagot ni Calcifer, natigilan siya sa sinabi nito. He chuckle seeing her shock face. "Lahat ng ginagawa ko ay para sayo. Ganon lang iyon ka-simple ganda." Pakiramdam niya may kung anong yumakap sa puso niya dahil sa sinabi nito pero naalala niya ang ginawa ni Gillian.

"Nag-salita na si Gillian tungkol sainyo. I'm sorry, hindi ko naman inaakala na aabot sila dito." Saad niya. Alam niyang naapektuhan na ang mga ito. She saw some of it on Instagram and Facebook and even on the Television at alam niyang marami nakakita noon. "How bad did it affect you all? Huwag kang magsinungaling please. Sabihin mo sakin Hun."

"I know darling. It's okay." Hinalikan siya nito. "I've lost some investors and some threats and Kyx restaurant has been egged and Bishop firm lost some clients while Luxifer has been disrespected by some reporters about it." He said all of those in a nonchalant voice, parang wala lang dito ang nangyayari. "But it's fine darling. We can take care of this."

She close her eyes, guilt washing over her. Wala siyang pake kung siya lang siraan pero kung pati si Calcifer dadamayin nila? Iba na iyon. She love them but they wouldn't let them hurt Calcifer. Opening her eyes she stared at Calcifer before cupping his face. "Do whatever it takes to clean your name hun."

Calcifer look shock for a moment, pero agad iyon nawala. "Are you sure?" He ask, as he guide her to sit down in the sofa. "My twins and I could wipe them with every fortune they have. We could destroy them, completely." She can feel her heart race, she's terrified but letting them insult and destroy Calcifer is much more terrifying and painful for her. That is enough for her to not let her fear hindrance her decision.

She slowly nod before hugging him. "Do what you want. I'm not gonna stop you."

Calcifer hug her before grabbing her phone that she's been unconsciously grabbing tightly. He kiss her nose. "Okay but I don't want you seeing it. Alam ko na masasaktan ka." She close her eyes as she hug him. "It's okay to miss the people who hurt you but don't make it an excuse to let them do this to you." She just nod, as tears started to fall from her eyes. He's right but still. "Why is my darling so kind. Ako nasasaktan para sayo."

Akmang sasagot siya ng biglang bumukas ang pinto ng condo ni Calcifer, napaigtad siya ganon din naman ang binata pero mabilis itong gumalaw. Tumayo ito kasabay ng pagtago nito sakaniya sa likod nito. Protecting her from whoever busy the door open. Pakiramdam niya tumigil siya ng paghinga. Ramdam niya din ang higpit ng hawak ni Calcifer sakaniya.

"Bishop. Anong ginawa mo dito?" Doon siya napatingin sa pinto. It was Bishop, he look tired but he still look impeccable, pero agad mong mapapansin ang galit na expression sa mukha nito. "Sinabi ko naman saiyo na huwag kang pumunta dito diba?" She could hear the lethality on Calcifer tone. Medyo nabahala siya dahil doon.
