Chapter 27

Sitting in her car. Hindi niya napigilan ang sarili na umiyak. She don't know what to feel at the moment. After what happen in her parents house and her Mom telling her what she wanted to know. She's having mix emotion and she don't know how to handle it. Hindi niya alam kung paano ipapakalma ang sarili niya, because of that she's starting to feel upset.

Namalayan niya na lang na umiiyak siya sa loob ng sasakyan niya. She managed to drive back to Calcifer's condo but she can't bring herself to walk out the car. Ramdam niya ang panginginig ng buong katawan niya. She just cried and unconsciously she fell asleep.

By the time she woke up. Nakita niya na lang na halos mag-alas singko na. She groan feeling her back, hip and her neck being sore. Feeling somewhat calm but still shaking she open up her car door, she wince feeling her back moist because of her sweat. Agad siyang lumabas ng sasakyan, doon pumasok sa isip si Calcifer. She walk faster, sana hindi pa naka-uwi ng binata. Feeling anxious she press the right floor.

"Just calm down."

As the elevator door open silently she could hear some people talking. She step out of the elevator, agad niya nakita si Kyx na kaharap si Calcifer. Medyo malayo ang pwesto niya sa dalawa kaya hindi siya agad napansin ng dalawa na mukhang seryuso nag-uusap. Akmang tatawagin niya iyon ng magsalita si Calcifer.

"Calm down?" Calcifer ask, parang hindi ito makapaniwala sa narinig nito. "Paano ako kakalma! Nakita mo ang post ng lalaking iyon! And she's nowhere to be found!" Saad ni Calcifer sa mataas na boses, halatang galit pero nanginginig ang boses nito. It's like he's on verge of crying. "I can't lose her again. She's been through enough, aalis ako. I'll look for her."

She stilled for a moment, her mouth slowly close. She's confused as to what Calcifer mean by what he said. Nakaramdam din siya ng pag-sisi dahil hindi siya agad bumalik. She's just standing their quietly while looking at Kyx and Calcifer. Mukhang nababahala at stress si Kyx habang nakatingin kay Calcifer, he look like he's gonna break down at any moment.

Kyx sigh and he was about to talk when he accidentally meet her eyes. Natigilan ito pero mukhang nakahinga ito ng maluwag ng makita siya. His whole body relaxed. Doon niya lang din naalala na huminga ulit. Nginitian niya ito bago siya dahan-dahan na naglakad papalapit dito.

"Kennedy..." Kyx mutter, loud enough for her to hear. Calcifer head immediately jerk back.

She can feel guilt wash over her seeing Calcifer reddish face, halatang umiyak ito. God. Calcifer's watery eyes immediately soften seeing her and without wasting anytime he immediately run toward her and grab her for a hug. She can feel something inside of her twist in a painful way. Seeing Calcifer like this always amazed and hurt her for variety of reason.

It amaze her how he value and care for her that he cry for her. Him crying for her always amazed her. The way he care and make her feel respected and appreciated amazed her. All her life she never experienced those but then why is she so insensitive about him? How could she be so stupid by letting him cry and worry again?

She always ask as to why he's scared that she'll leave him, how couldn't he? Wala siyang ginawa kundi ang pag-dudahan ito at iparamdam na hindi siya sigurado dito

Calcifer doesn't deserve this, she doesn't deserve him but she can't let him go but she's always hurting him but leaving him would hurt him. It's frustrating. Ayaw niya itong masaktan, over time she's used to him, she's attached and Calcifer always made it clear that her leaving him would break him. But a man like him deserve a woman that could shout to the world that she have the most beautiful man in the world and she's not that girl.
