Atsushis pov :
He has been avoiding all food all morning .
It was now coming to lunch and he knew he had to get out of the office .
He finishes his paper work and checks his phone .
He has a message from a random number .
He opens it but then immediately slams his phone on the desk .
It was a dick pic .
'wtf '
He closes it and deletes the number .
"What was that about ?"
"Nothing Dazai just a wrong number "
Dazai and Atsushi decide to go to the coffee shop under the agency .
They go in and get a table .
Lucy greets them at the door giving Atsushi a massive smile .
He smiles back awkwardly.
Dazai laughs .
"What ? "
"It's so obvious she likes you Atsushi "
"No it isn't stop reading into things "
She gives them their coffee .
Atsushis has her number on it .
"It has her number on it doesn't it ? "
"Yeah "
"Just tell her your not interested "
"No what if she didn't mean it like that "
Dazai takes the cup and pulls the heat sleeve down .
"It says ' call me ' with a heart and butterflies "
"Your point ? "
Atsushi gets hot so he rolls up his sleeves forgetting he didn't out bandages on.
Dazai thought nothing of it since he lives with Atsushi but other people did not .
Lucy comes back over and takes their cups .
He was about to say something but she ended up just staring at Atsushis arms .
She walked off in a hurry .
That's when it hit Atsushi .
He went to pull his sleeves down but Dazai stopped him.
"You don't need to do that Atsushi . She probably didn't know I'm sure she understands"
She didn't come back to their table after that .
She avoided all eye contact they gave her .
They headed back to the office .
Atsushis mood having gone down a lot .
He walks in pulling his sleeves down and lagging his head on the table .
Dazais pov :
"Did something happen ? "
He walks over to kunikida .
"You know Lucy the one who works in the coffee shop ? "
"Yeah "
"She saw Atsushis arms and then avoided us the entire time"
"Oh "
He looks over dazais shoulder atnan empty seat .
"Where did he go ? "
"What ? "
Dazai turns around and Atsushi is no where to be seen .
"Has anyone seen where Atsushi went ? "
Kunikida shouts .
Everyone shook their heads .
5 minutes later Atsushi comes back .
"Where were you ?"
Dazai slumps himself over Atsushis back.
"The bathroom so I could bandage my arms so no one else gets traumatised "
"It's not traumatising maybe she's just lame "
"Yeah"
Atsushi laughs and Dazai leaves him alone .
But he goes down to the coffee shop .
"Lucy can I speak to you ? "
"Of course "
"Why were you avoiding me and Atsushi earlier he Ia really upset you know "
"I'm sorry I dont know what your talking about "
"Cut the crap you saw his arms and then ignored him"
"It's not my fault he can't handle his emotions "
"You are such a bitch "
Dazai goes back to the office .
'and to think she was a good person aswell '
