Few hours ago

Morning...7am...

RR Mansion...

RAGHVI's bedroom

First raghav wakes up n notices intrusion in his space.. His saree ka dukan is sleeping in his blanket n her one hand is snaked around his waist n her head is resting on his chest ....

Raghav did a happy dance ,🕺🕺🕺in his mind ...that his trick worked....mere ko pata tha ye saree ka dukan mera se jyada din dur nahi reh payega .. after all i m d raghav rao.....lekin mai itna jaldi nahi pighalne wala hai... pehle baat to yahi karega mera se ...n he carefully comes out of the bed without disturbing pallavi...n started doing his morning routine work....

Around 9:30am....

Everyone has just finished the  breakfast n it's time for kirti and pallavi to leave for their respective classes with Harish ....n Arjun(19yrs) will go with Raghav bcoz now he has to  take admission in a college .....

But before they can leave for their respective works ...

Mandar Deshmukh....barged into RR Mansion... n started shouting.....Raghav Rao ....

R:- tere ko ander aane ka permission kaun diya ...

M:- mai yaha aaj apni patni ko le jane k liye aaya hu ....he shows paper n says ye rahi meri DNA reports aur esme saaf saaf likha hai ki mai hi Mandar Deshmukh hu matlab ki Pallavi ka pehla aur legal husband..... To isiliye ab pallavi mere sath mere ghar me rahegi na ki kisi paraye aadmi k sath....

For a moment both raghav n pallavi get scared....

R:- reads the reports n finds out that Mandar is saying the truth....but he is also ready with his plan ....n he says ....mana k tu hi Mandar Deshmukh hai ....lekin pallavi ab mera wife hai

M:- lekin tumhari shadi illegal hai ..kyuki pallavi ka pehla pati abhi bhi jinda hai

R:- lekin agar pehle pati ka death certificate issue hone ka baad wife agar dusra shadi kar leta hai to wo shadi bhi legal hota hai agar pehla pati wapas jaye phir bhi...

M:- ha pata tha k tu jarur koi na koi rasta khoj hi nikalega....lekin agar pehla pati shadi k  7 saal pehle hi wapas aa jaye aur patni apne dusre pati ko divorce de de to bhi pehli shadi legal rahegi ...aur mai to shadi k 4 sal baad hi wapas aa gaya hu .. Aur mjhe pata hai ki tum dono ne divorce k liye apply kiya hai .. Isiliye jaise hi tumhara aur pallavi ka divorce ho jayega waise hi Pallavi meri legal wife ho jayegi....kyuki humara divorce nahi hua hai ab tak....n after saying this he smirks....

(* I am not related to law field but i just wanted give a counter argument to support mandar's point ...so I added this clause hope I didn't hurt any person's sentiment related to law field)

R:- gets shocked after knowing this new information from mandar...

M:- kya hua chauk gaye Raghav Rao....tumhe kya laga tha ki mai apni patni ko itni asani se tumhare sath rehne dunga .....

Both raghav n pallavi think ki esko kaise pata chala k humne divorce ka liye apply kiya hai....

P:- lekin abhi humara divorce hua nahi hai...

M:- pallavi mai janta hu ki tum es insan k sath yaha majburi me reh rahi ho... pallavi tum mere sath wapas laut chalo....tumhare liye mai kuch bhi karne ko taiyar hu ..

P:- maine pehle bhi kaha tha aur aaj bhi keh rahi hu mai tumhare sath kahin nahi jaugi ....to isiliye nikal jao yaha se .....

M:- per 6 mahine bad jab tumhara divorce ho jayega tab to tumhe mere paas ana hi padega to phir abhi chalo mere sath..
