RAGHVI's bedroom

One night before the final verdict......

Raghav is sitting on the bed ,he has tears in his eyes ... Pallavi is sitting next to him .....

Raghav keeps his head in her lap . Pallavi caresses his head . He closes his eyes and started remembering the incidents happened in the last past eight months .

Case for the legal custody of Miss Mishti.

Both the lawyers started representing their case before the jury. Since it's a special case so a panel of 10 jury members is made in which people of  having prominent status in the society are included along with one Judge . ( There are two college professors, two doctors, two NGO workers , one businessman , two housewives & the judge himself)

SL:- Mere client Mr Shashank , Mishti ke biological father hai aur mai ye chahunga ki ye court Mishti ki custody Mr Rao se transfer kar ke uske asli parents ko grant kare.

RL:- Bhale hi Mr & Mrs Rao Mishti ke biological parents nahi hai lekin unhone Mishti ko us wakt sahara diya jab koi uske sath nahi tha. Aur Mishti ko proper legal way se adopt kiya aur usko ma baap ka pyar diya . Uske liye her ek wo cheej kari jo ki ek achhe ma baap apne bachho ke liye karte hai . Jabki Mr Shashank aur unki wife ne Mishti ko janam dene ke baad usko hospital me chhor ke bhaag gaye the. Aise gairjimmedar logo ko Mishti ki custody dene ki koi wajah mjhe nahi samjh aa rahi hai .

SL:- Mai manta hu ki mere client se 8 saal pehle bahut badi bhul ho gayi . Lekin ab wo apni galati sudharna chahte hai . Aur apni beti ko apne sath rakhna chahte hai jo ki unka legal right hai .

RL:- aapke clients ne jo kuch bhi kiya wo koi mamooli bhul nahi thi. Maan lijiye ki hospital ke staff ne Mishti ki jimmedari na li hoti to . Pata nahi aaj Mishti kaha pe hoti . Wo to hospital ke staff ki meherbani samjhiye jo ki unlogo ne ek masoom bachhi ko nayi jindagi di . Aur usko besahara dar dar ki thokare khane ke liye akela nahi chhor diya. Aur uske baad Mr Rao aaye aur unhone Mishti ko ek achhi life , acha ghar , secure future , pyar sab dene ke erade se usko adopt kiya . Aur wo bakhoobi es jimmedari ko nibha bhi rahe hai, Mishti ko ek achhi parvarish de rahe hai . To phir ab kyu Mishti ki custody Mr & Mrs Rao se wapas li jaaye sirf isiliye kyuki wo Mishti ke biological parents nahi hai .

SL:- Asli ma baap asli hote hai . Aur Mishti ko Mr Shashank aur unki wife se jyada achhi parvarish aur pyaar koi nahi de sakta hai .

RL:- Aapka ye dawa ekdum khokhla hai . Agar aisa hota to phir log anath asharam se bachhe kyu adopt karte .

SL:- Anath ashram se bachhe aksar wo log adopt karte hai jinki khud ki koi aulad nahi hoti hai . Aur anath ashram me wo bachhe hote hai jinke ki ma baap nahi hote hai. Aur yaha to Mr & Mrs Rao ke khud ke do bachhe bhi hai aur Mishti ke khud ke asli ma baap bhi hai .

RL:- Wahi asli ma baap jo ki sirf ek din ki  Mishti ko chhor ke bhaag gaye the .

SL:- Maine pehle bhi kaha tha ki unse ek bhul ho gayi thi. Us wakt mere client immature the . Aur galati to her insan se ho jaati hai . Lekin agar koi us galati ko sudharna chahta hai to usko ek mauka to milna chahiye .

RL:- waah aapke client itne immature the ki unhone bakayda planning ki . Banglore se Hyderabad aaye jahan ki unhe koi jaanta pehchanta nahi tha . Phir bachhe ki delivery ke baad turant hi Hyderabad se chale bhi gaye . 21-22 saal ki umar me log itne bhi immature nahi hote hai ki sahi aur galat ka andaza na laga paaye.
