R:- going through the accounts file of DSE ....n he makes weird faces..

P:-aise kyu muh bana rahe ho

R:-tumhara dukan chal kaisa raha hai . Es per to tala lag jana chahiye tha ab tak. Na koi emergency surplus  fund hai,  itna sara bank ka loan hai , profit ekdum zero hai , suppliers ka paisa bakaya hai, naya stock kahridna ka paisa nahi hai, asset ka naam pe bhi kuch nahi hai , sirf aur sirf liabilities hai aur revenue wo bhi upto mark nahi hai pata nahi tum dukan ka expenses kaisa manage karta hai. Tumhara dukan ka balance sheet aur profit loss statement dekhne ka baad to mera ko unlogo pe taras aa raha jo ke tumhara dukan ka business se juda hua hai. Tum wo apna saree ka assistant ko salary to barabar se deta hai na .

P:- wo mai kuch na kuch side kaam kar ke paise kama leti hu

R:- jaisa ki

P:- jaise kabhi khud ke designs ko bech ke , aur jaise usdin catering ka order mil gaya tha tumhare ashram se waise hi agar koi kaam mil jata hai to mai usse kharcha manage kar leti hu. Ek baar to apne saari ki sone ki jari bech ke manage kiya tha kharcha .

R:- looks at her strangely n says en sab  kaam ko karne ka jagah pe agar tum ye dhyan deta ki kya fault aa raha hai tumhara business me aur uska solution find karta to sayad aaj dukan ka aisa halat na hota.

P:-makes an annoying face

R:- don't worry now u have the Raghav Rao jo tumko kuch bahut hi simple sa solution batayega jisse ke kuch hi mahino me tumhara dukan ka condition better hone lag jayega

P:- achha aur kya hai wo solutions

R:- dekho pehla baat to tumko apna customer base badhana padega ... Aur uska liye tumhare ko product  diversification ka bahut jarurat hai. Ab dekho tumhara ye saare ka material, qualities aur design bahut achha hai . Lekin saree sirf kuch limited customer ko hi attract kar sakta hai. I mean ab aaj kal ka college going female students to saree nahi pehnega na. Lekin tum apna es saree ka material ka use karwa ke aisa kuch banwa sakta hai jisse ke tum college going age group wala ladki ko bhi apna customer bana sake .

Ab customer base badhana ka ke dusra tarika ye bhi hai ek tumko apna products  ko online platform per bhi bechana shuru karna chahiye. To isiliye apna DSE ka khud ka website banane ka sabse pehla to. Aur different online retail store se tie up karne ka apna product bechane ka liye.

Next cheej ki tumko apna customer ko side services bhi provide karne ka . Jaisa ki ab saree to le liya customer ne lekin , saree ka sath blouse bhi stich karwane ka hota hai to agar tum unko ye service bhi provide karega to unka liye tumhara shop one stop solution ho jayega . Aisa karne se es baat ka possibility badh jayega ki wo next time bhi saree kharidte wakt tumhara dukan ko priority de aur tumhara dukan ko dusro ko suggest kare.

Uska baad aata hai marketing karna apna brand ka . Kaiko ki agar jab tak logo ko pata hi nahi chalega ki DSE naam ka koi dukan bhi hai to phir koi tumhara shop pe aayega kaisa.

Ab aata hai sabse important cheez ka baari ki ye sab jo mai bataya uska liye chahiye " paisa" jo ki tumhara paas to hai nahi . Aur tumhara accounts dekhne ka baad koi bank bhi tumhare ko loan nahi dega. Yaha tak ki koi investor bhi invest karne ko ready nahi hoyega .
