Chapter 23

Davina's POV
Tara was grabbing at her head shaking her head violently while screaming. Everyone in class was out of their seats.The teacher was trying to calm Tara down rubbing her back but I knew that wouldn't help. Josh and I moved threw the crowd of our classmates. Josh picked Tara up bridal style to the door.

Our teacher looked at us questionably. "We will take her to the nurse." The teacher gave me a pass and we left. We took Tara to the restroom. I casted a spell for a sound barrier. We laid Tara on the floor. She curled up while holding her head. Her knees were pulled up to her stomach as she continued screaming.

Josh sat down making a pillow with his thighs. He pulled Tara's head from the floor and laid her head on his thigh. The restroom lights were flicking off and on. Right when I was about to call Klaus. Tara had stopped screaming. Josh wiped the tears from her eyes. She sat up shaking her head.

"What happened" Tara asked confused. Josh looked at Tara worriedly. "I don't know but we will figure it out." I said. "I feel like I saw something like it was a dream. I was crying and screaming then the pain stared when I tried to remember. My head began to pound" I sighed. Josh hugged me while Davina made a phone call.

Davina POV
[Dialing Klaus ]
"Davina." "Klaus before I tell you and you get all chaotic I want you to tell me why you didn't tell me that Tara was a fucking witch" I screamed. "It wasn't something you needed to know" Klaus said aggressively. " Well how about this luckily I had already put a sound barrier and made sure the door couldn't be unlock to show the flickering lights. Which were caused by her that anyone could have seen if they came in."

"Is she okay" Klaus asked worriedly. "Well um. She kinda started screaming in class after hearing Damon's name during roll call. She told she had a memory but couldn't remember and when she tried her head began to hurt."

There was silence on the other hand of the phone. " I'm coming" Klaus said. Before I heard him hang up the phone. I walked back into the restroom to see Tara splashing her face with water. Josh handed Tara a napkin. "I just talked with Klaus." I said sarcastically. Tara dried off her face and looked up at me. "What did he say" Tara questioned.

"He's coming to get you. We're gonna take you to the nurse. So he can officially come get you."
We walked out of the restroom. I told Josh to get Tara's bag and meet us at the nurses office.
Tara and I continued walking through the hallways to the nurse. "Did he sound worried" Tara asked. "Did he! He's always worried about you. He hung up as soon as he heard you weren't okay. He's probably flying pass the red lights just to get to you."

Tara began to blush. Once we got to the nurse office Josh was already standing outside. We walked into the office to see a lady with red hair in a bun. She was wearing some jeans, a green t-shirt with a white doctors coat.

"How may I help you" she asked. She stood up from her desk walking over to us. "She's sick and needs to go home. She already called her ... brother." Tara looked at me with a confused look while Josh chuckled. The nurse looked at us then she walked Tara over to a cot.

"You may leave now. Thank you for dropping her off" the nurse said. Josh and I sat by the two chairs next to cot. "We will just stay here until her brother arrives" Josh said jokingly.
After five mins of the nurse clicking her heels at her desk and Josh talking with Tara. Klaus came busting threw the door.

Tara sat up abruptly and Klaus came over to her. His eyes searching around her face. He put his hand on the both sides of her cheeks. He looked her in the eye's " are you okay" Klaus questioned. "I'm fine Klaus".

Klaus picked up Tara bridal style. Right when he was about to walk out the nurse office. The nurse grabbed his arm. "Sir you have to sign her out first" the nurse seductively said. Klaus pulled his arm away from the lady. His eyes had turned gold and his canine teeth were showing. He left the room walking towards the exit of the school.

"I'm sorry. We will sign for him" Josh said.Once we signed for Klaus we went back to class.

Klaus POV
I put Tara into the car gently. Then I closed the door. I got inside the car and put my head on the steering wheel. I sighed heavily and glanced at Tara. She had a worried expression on her face.

"You don't have to worry I'm fine" Tara sighed.
"Do you know how worried I was. I heard you were in pain." " I'm fine now. So just breathe and calm down." Tara smiled and held my hand. She tried reassuring me but in the back of my mind I was still worried. I started the car and we drove to the house.

Tara's POV

Once we pulled into the driveway Klaus had carried me up bridal style to our room. At this point I had began to be annoyed. Once I was sat on the bed Klaus make me laid down pulling covers over me. He put two extra pillows under my head.

Once he came back with two more pillows for my leg. "STOP IT" I yelled. Klaus came to a stop. "I told you I'm fine. I told you not be worried. Please leave. I told you im okay. Can you just stop with the extra caring." Klaus looked at me sadly smiling and walked to the door.

"I will be back in an hour."

It seems like Klaus truly loves Tara. Look how he's taking care of her.
