The day couldn't end more shitty than ever and Arsalan was so done with it. The thought of giving up on an entire project that he had put his money, heart and soul into was blurring his vision of success. He was pissed throughout the day and even though he was in his home study room he couldn't get the needed peace or the stability to deal with his rival company. They have been behind his tail from the start stalking his every move like a psycho lover. They thought they were competing with his company but in reality, they have been stealing the entire time. Stealing from Paradise Lux the company Arsalan had built and was proud of.

A few weeks ago he founded the Starline company had launched the same project as him with the same amenities and securities provided to the clients and the investors. Which was a shocker to Paradise Lux shareholders and investors who questioned Arsalan about the company's integrity leading the company to lose a hefty amount of share price in the market. A complete loss in a month before the project was even launched.

But he wasn't just gonna let this go. He wasn't the forgiving type he believed in vengeance with a burning passion and all he was waiting for was the right time to bring Starline to its dust. He will slowly crawl up making sure of his every move to be cautious and then become the name behind their downfall. He was waiting for that day to come when he would make their life into a living hell begging for his mercy.

Arsalan grunts under his breath irritated with unnecessarily useless questions asked by the investor he was on a conference call with. So damn willing to end the call in his face but he can't do that he needs them so he has to bear them. The things he was going through were all because of the watchdog Starline had inside his company who was ever so sweetly backstabbing him. He knows the culprit and has the needed evidence to expose him for his doing and he will do that soon enough getting rid of him finally after this huge blow he faced in the market.

"I understand your concern Mr Mabrook but I assure you no negligence will be made from this point onwards our investors are our main source of income after all"

"And I am pretty sure you don't want your source of income to be snatched away" the Arab man speaks from the other side of the video call in a smug tone.

Arsalan wanted to laugh at his words for thinking he was the only fish that would make his company survive. He doesn't need it; he has enough to flourish his company but Mr Mabrook doesn't need to know that.

"Oh, believe me, I am no less uncertain about it. And to think I don't know your reason behind investing a hefty amount in my company so just to secure your future steel company in India and to have me by your side would be a great advantage for you is what you have been planning all this long. Tell me I am not right about it" Arsalan leans back in his chair with a satisfied gleam in his eyes to see Mr Mabrook squirm with uneasiness for getting caught with his intentions of investing in his company.

"Let us be each other's source of income without being arrogant about it" Arsalan added after Mr Mabrook's silence.

He heard a soft knock on his study door and furrowed his eyebrows paying attention back to his laptop screen when Mabrook nodded his head in agreement and said "you have thoroughly investigated my interest in your company Mr Abidi I must say you have done your work well"

"I never let just anyone invest in my company," he said while lifting his head to see the door creak and someone's head peek in.

Sofia heard from Ruqaiya that Arsalan wants to have his caffeine dose to settle down his messed-up head. So she volunteered in making one by herself and bring it up to his study but not making the mistake of barging in like the last time, so she knocked at his study door before peeking her head inside when she did not get a response and when she sees him scrunched his eyebrows displeased by her sudden appearance and distributing him she raised his coffee mug and mouthed "coffee."
