38 - Surprise

Even though you are still conscious of what you were doing, you feel yourself moving sluggishly. Yoongi helps you wash up and brush your teeth. He even undressed and changed before you went to sleep. He spends a long time just staring at your sleeping form, tracing your face with his fingertip. His heart felt overwhelmed with all his feelings for you. He meant it when he told you he wouldn't be capable of loving anyone as much after you. For him, you're his yesterday, his today, and his forever. 

His throat felt tight as the thought of you going back to your fiancée comes into his mind. He said he'll fight for you, and he's been trying so much to get you back and even though he felt that you love him too, he can feel you holding back. If only he reached out to you sooner, then maybe he would've gotten to you just in time. Then you won't have to be engaged and your heart will just be for him. So many 'if onlys'.

You woke up the next day as soon as Yoongi's lips touched yours. You smile at him before you wrap your arms around his neck. 

"Good morning." You greet him.

He hugs you back and returns your greeting.

"What time is it?" You ask.

"Ten thirty." He tells you. "I ordered breakfast." 

You smell the aroma of fresh coffee, and you kiss his cheek.

"I needed that thank you." You reply as you turn so you could walk towards the table. You look at what you were wearing before turning to him. He takes a picture of you, and he laughs when you ran towards him as you protested demanding him to delete it.

"You have a weird way of taking my pictures. My hair is a mess, my teeth are unbrushed and I only have your shirt on. Delete that." You tell him.

"Trust me, you look sexy, and no one would know you haven't brushed your teeth yet. I want to see your natural beauty." He said as he puts his phone away from your reach.

"It's just for me anyway." He tells you as he wraps his arms around your waist before kissing your lips. When he feels you melting into his kiss, he pulls back and turns you around so he could gently push you toward the table.

"Breakfast first. We'll have the rest of the afternoon for our own treat." He tells you.

"What time is your call time to get ready tonight?" You ask him. There'd be another press conference tonight. You can't help but reflect on the big difference between the first press conference he had in LA to now.

"Three-thirty. There's plenty of time, so let's get started with breakfast, ok?" He winks at you.

Both of your bodies were sated and relaxed by the time you joined Yoongi in his room hours later. When your eyes meet, you feel your heart leap inside you, and it feels like it expanded in size. You feel your cheeks get warm as you've thought about the past few hours you've had with him. Both of you definitely have no reservations about each other anymore. You open yourself to him freely, doing what you want to do, and he accepts it. He's the same with you too.

He takes your hand in the elevator and you hear Hyeri gasp when she sees it. Yoongi raised an eyebrow at her, and she turns her head away. Jay witnesses the scene, and he shakes his head. 

You pull your hand away as soon as the elevator stops at the floor where the press conference was to be held. Fans were waiting for Yoongi just as before, and he takes the time to approach them to hold their hands and do a selfie. Sungha and another bodyguard had to step in when things start to get out of hand.

The setup is almost the same just like what your sister did in LA. This time, Kitty is not participating in it. As you lean towards Yoongi to translate questions, you don't have to wonder about the perfume he is wearing because now you know just as he knows that the scent, he smells from you is from your lotion. He more than once whispered naughty remarks at you when the rest of the world thinks he's asking something related to the question that just got asked by someone. Keeping a straight face each time is a big challenge for you.
