46 - Hello & Goodbye

Your Aunt Beth flies to Seoul to support you and your sister.  She's always been there for the two of you and she won't let you deal with this just by yourselves, even if that means she'd be meeting Aunt Eun-Sil in person. She wasn't thrilled to see your mom's look-a-like, but Aunt Beth showed nothing some courtesy to her in honor of your father.

 It's Aunt Beth's first time meeting your grandmother in person, who thanked her unendingly for what she did for you and your sister. You're happy to see the women who have shaped you to become who you are right now together in one room.

JK flies to Korea for your sister, seeing him do that made you see how serious he is with her. He has family in the country too which he said he needs to visit. On the last night of the wake, you were surprised to see Namjoon and Hoseok. 

They paid their respects to your family, and you walk with them toward the big gathering area. People turn in your direction as they recognized them, but they kept their distance.

"They insisted on seeing you after they heard what happened." Elin explains to you.

"No, it's totally fine. I wanted to see them again too." You tell your cousin before turning to the two men. "Wow, it's been so long guys. It's great to see you." You tell them.

"It would've been nicer if it was on a different setting." Namjoon replies with a sad smile as he looks at you. You know you didn't look your best with your swollen eyes and the dark circles beneath them for having lost a lot of sleep. The jet lag and the stress you had to deal with were more than you can handle. Even your weight had dropped significantly.

You nod your head. "I know. But I hope that I won't just get to see you today."

Hobi smiles at you as he holds Elins' hand in his. "No, you will see more of us while you are here."

"I've heard about how successful you all are with your careers. Thank you for finding the time to drop by." The way they are dressed speaks for itself. No matter how subtle they try to appear, their aura radiates success.

"We will always make time for you Y/N." Namjoon said with a smile. 

Your twin appears and you introduce her to them. Their jaws drop in awe as they see both of you. 

"Two Y/Ns, I mean two Kylee. Sorry, I don't even know how to say it." Hoseok laughs.

"It doesn't matter. I get what you mean." Kylee laughs. JK walks stands next to her making the two other guys aware that this twin is taken. So, she introduces them to him.

"Hey, I've heard about you before. It's nice meeting you." Namjoon tells him with a bow.

JK bows back at him too. "I've heard about the two of you too. I love your music."

All of you sat around a table and chat about how things were going. By the looks of it, the two men were aware not to mention anything about Yoongi. They didn't even try to touch that subject although deep inside, you're wishing that they at least talk about him even in passing. You're too busy with how things have been in your life and your family that the only time you didn't get a chance to check on how Yoongi is doing. By this time, you're guessing that he has finished his concert tour in Europe. Is he back in the country? You can't help but wonder.

You stand up in surprise when Aunt Beth appears with Dylan next to her. He came after all. You spoke with him before you left LA because you had to cancel dinner with him that night. He seems to be genuinely sad about what happened and promised he'd try to be there for you to support you in any way he could because he owes that to your dad. He spoke with him when you got engaged, but he didn't get a chance to speak with him after your engagement got called off. You didn't get to tell your dad either, which is something you regret.
