Chapter 22

Jane's POV.

"Jea wait!"

I finally caught her. Ang bilis maglakad ng babae na to parang isang hakbang nya tatlong hakbang ko na eh.

I held her hand as she turned around. "What do you want?" I raised my eyebrow. "Are you mad at me?"

She rolled her eyes. "No."

She pulled her hand away as she opened the Council Room's door. I followed her inside as I closed the door behind me.

"Galit ka." Pagpupumilit na sabi ko. She's clearly mad at me and I don't even know what I did wrong.

"Hindi nga." Naiiritang sabi nya habang may hinahanap na mga papel. Lumapit naman ako sakanya at tinitigan sya. "You're mad." She took deep breath as she glared at me. "Fine! I'm mad!" See.

"I didn't do anything?" She scoffed. "Oh yeah? Why don't you go back to your so called best friend Gabbi."

Oh. Now I know.

I chuckled. "What the hell? Are you seriously laughing right now?"

Nagalit din naman ako pero hindi ganto ka-cute.

"You're jealous." Pang aasar na sabi ko sakanya. She scoffed. "Me? Jealous? At bakit naman?" I shrugged as I hug her.

"Maybe because you love me." She tried to pulled out the hug but I just held her tighter. "Let me go, Jane De Leon." Ang sarap talaga pakinggan ng pangalan ko kapag sya yung nagsasalita.

"Gabbi is my best friend." I closed my eyes as I inhaled her scent. "Yeah, I didn't ask." I chuckled. Stubborn as always.

"She likes Mac." I pulled out the hug as I stared at her, she was pouting. And when I say she's the cutest, I mean it.

"Mahilig lang talaga syang mang asar. Maybe she's just testing you. She's my best friend, nothing more." I cupped her cheeks as I smiled.

"You're the one I like."

Her eyes widened when she heard what I said. "W-what?" Nauutal nyang tanong. She must be shock. I shrugged as I teased her. "Hindi ko na pwedeng ulitin. May bayad na."

"Magkano? Sabihin mo magkano and I'll give it to you. Just say it one more time." Seryosong sabi nya.

Right. I forgot she was rich.

"I was just kidding." I shook my head as I laughed.

This girl is literally the cutest.

She crossed her arms. "I'm waiting."

I kissed her.

"I said. You're the one I like."

Napahawak naman sya sa labi nya at nakatitig sakin. I chuckled because of her reaction. "You kissed me without my permission!" Namumulang sabi nya.

I shrugged as I leaned against her. "Can I kiss you? I need your permission, Jea."

"Shut up." She looked away, still blushing. I cupped her chin to make her look at me as I slowly smiled. "When I count to five and you're still not given me your permission, I would do it again."

"Five."

"Four."

"Thre--" she shut me up with a kiss.

Janella smirked as she wiped my lips. "Now we're even."

I chuckled as I hug her. I really love this woman infront of me.

"What will happen to us now, Jane?" Mahinang tanong nya. I hummed as I slowly smiled. "I guess you're my girlfriend now." I pulled out the hug as I stared at her brown orbs. "Kung gusto mong ligawan kita, I'll do it. Kung gusto mong maghintay ako, I'll do it." I held her hand. "I'll do everything you want, Jea. Just to keep you with me."
