Noah's pov
"Are you sure I look okay?" I sighed finally turning away from the mirror to look at Millie. She was taking me to a party for Halloween. I had a white button up shirt on with fake blood pouring all down it and across my neck and some plain black cargo bottoms on. My hair was fluffy and really messy. I wasn't quite sure what I was meant to be but Millie wanted to match with me. She was in a black corset, black skirt with a matching blood mark across her neck.
"Noah you look great don't worry." She smiled over at me moving the mascara brush away from her face, "Are you ready to go?" I nodded still nervous. I wasn't going to know anyone at this party so my anxiety was high, so so high. It was Millie's friend, Sadie who was throwing the party - I knew of her but we had never met.
We arrived, it was quiet. We were one of the first there. I knew we had set off too early but at least that meant more drinks for us.
"Shot?" Millie laughed as we waited by the entry with Sadie. She was dressed as a pirate - she looked really nice. We all selected a glass and took the shot immediately pulling away because straight vodka isn't it. Soon people slowly started to arrive, music blasted through the speakers and Millie and I began mingling. I began drinking more and more and not even an hour of being there, I was drunk.
I began walking away from Millie with my cup full of alcohol. I had no idea where I was going - my head was spinning and then suddenly I crashed into someone causing me drink to go everywhere.
"Shi- shit I'm so sooo sorry!" I slurred shocked. I looked up at the tall figure. Someone dressed as the joker.
"No no, IM sorry." He slurred giggling which only caused me to giggle too.
"Blood." He poked at my neck.
"Not real silly." I giggled putting my hand around his finger moving it away. The stranger looked around the room then back to me, a huge smirk across his face.
"Wanna go somewhere?" He asked readjusting his hand so ours were now connected.
"S-sure." I stuttered flustered. He began leading me through the crowd towards the patio outside. The patio was beautiful - especially in the dark. Fairy lights were everywhere and there was a small swing further down away from, well everything.
"How did you know this was here?" I collapsed besides him onto the swing. We were still holding hands.
"Friends house." He replied closing his eyes.
"Sadieee?" I gasped suddenly getting weirdly excited.
"You know Sadie?" His eyes shot open and he turned to look at me.
"Met her tonight."
"How are you here then?" His eyebrows furrowed,
"My best friend is Sadie's friend."
"Interesting." He whispered and we fell silent. The guy began moving his feet causing us to swing.
"It's...It is beautiful out here." I mumbled. The guy didn't reply. He just rested his head on the support and turned to look at me - stare at me.
"Hey." He whispered causing me to burst out laughing.
"Whattt!" He groaned his eyes still on me.
"Why you looking at me like that!" I gasped causing him to smile.
"Mmm no reason." He giggled causing me to sit up and push him a little,
"Tell me!"
"You're just pretty." He whispered as our eyes met. He suddenly grabbed my face, "Look at you!"
"Stop!" I squealed, but he didn't. He moved closer and closer and just like that, we kissed. Well made out. And I don't even know how long we were out there but after...however long, Millie came rushing out shouting my name.
"There you are- oh!" She gasped. I pulled away immediately,
"Party's ending soon..." She giggled to herself causing me to nod and look at the guy I had just been kissing.
"I should..."
"Yeah!" He said but I didn't move.
"Finn." Finn told me almost reading my mind.
"Noah." I smiled,
"I really like you Noah." Finn slurred causing me to smile widely at him,
"I'll see you around!" I giggled.
