Chapter 12

I opened my eyes and sat up.

I looked to my left to see the chair empty.

I got out of bed. And looked at the bathroom door.

It was open.

I walked inside and no one was in there.

He must've left..

I sighed.

"Ability: The Hazel Wood."

"About time." I felt something on my shoulder.

I ignored Finch and looked around the bedroom. "Where are my clothes..?"

Finch flew off my shoulder and landed on Chuuya's desk.

I noticed my pair of clothes folded neatly on the nightstand. I walked over to them and grabbed my glasses. I put them on.

I noticed a note by the pair of clothes. I picked it up and read it.

Y/n,
I already left for work, head straight for Mori's office once you finished getting dressed. Your clothes have already been washed, so they're not dirty.

I placed the note down. I looked at Finch. "How can I make you disappear again?"

Finch sighed. "Was that the only reason you brought me out?"

"Yeah."

"Just snap your fingers twice."

I snapped my fingers twice and a black smoke formed around him. He was gone.

Woah.

~Time Skip~
I walked down the hallway, to Mori's office. The guards moved out of the way for me to enter.

I walked inside and see Mori and Elise.

"Oh, please, Elise! Put it on, you'll love it!" Mori was kneeling in front of Elise.

Elise had her arms crossed, "No. I don't want another dress to wear."

"Oh, but please! I picked this one out especially for-"

"Miss Y/n!" Elise ran over to me.

Mori let out a long sigh.

Elise ran to me and I caught her in a hug.

"Good morning, Elise!" I smiled.

Mori walked over to us. "Thank you, L/n. Now that you're here, I'm afraid I have to go on some business. I'll leave you with Elise."

I nodded. "Yes sir."

He left the room.

"Now that you're here, Miss Y/n! We can go shopping!" She smiled.

"S-shopping?"

"Yes! We can go to stores and buy clothes!"

"Don't you hate it when Mori asks you-"

"Rintarou forces me to wear dresses. Now it's your turn!" She smiled.
